Since he's been told not to come back, and he keeps doing so, technically, he is in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. He won't get arrested for it, but for all his screeching about people breaking the law, the only one actually doing so is him.

EDIT: I also find it hilarious that he's a white supremacist, even though he's not white. But then, Jesse Lee Peterson is also a white supremacist, and he's black, so it's not unheard of.

He's an autism and he's been wronged. Wronged! He's demanded an end to the cyberbowling game and it hasn't happened. You have to do what he says because he's already said it. WRONGED!

Let me make something absolutely clear, Mr. Navarro.

You are globally banned from Wikia. That means you are not, under any circumstances, allowed back there. It is their policy that once you are globally banned is not appealable.

That said, I have no intention, now or in the future, of honoring your request. I will help Wikia enforce their rules and I will continue to report you till the end of time. I don't care who reports your breaking for the rules, that is immaterial so long as the accusations they make are valid and they are, you ban evaded.

You can call it cyberbullying all you wish, but I am merely working as a lawful agent of Wikia Staff in reporting your mischief, which I have every moral, legal, and ethical duty to do so.

I choose to take every message like this you send me, now and in the future, as threats and blackmail, meaning I will absolutely post them publicly as a record of your actions, now and in the future.

I do not take orders from people who break rules, and you are a rule breaker, end of story.

That said, you are a known troublemaker, a person who believes laws, rules,and regulations do not apply to you,and someone who disregards any authority other than your own who believe they can intimidate and, dare I say it, cyberbully others into letting you have their way, and I will not bow to you or your demands under any circumstances.

Keep this in mind if you ban evade again and I hear of it, you will continue to be reported, and you cannot force me under any circumstance to deviate from doing so,and if you attempt any illegal acts such as physical violence or some other actionable crime to secure that end, I will seek whatever means I need to secure your arrest.

Further, I will be reporting this email to Wikia, you would not be the first troublemaker I have done this to.
