I had no idea there was a leak, so I didn't see episode 4 until it aired on HBO.

Holy shit. Holy fucking shit.

It's been confirmed that dragons are medieval WMDs. Drogon fucked shit up. He's clearly matured and gotten stronger too, since normal arrows bounced right off of him and his dragonfire is capable of reducing humans and horses to ash in a matter of seconds.

I was so worried when Drogon got hit by that giant crossbow, but he seems fine in the next episode preview. But it hit his shoulder, so that'll probably hinder his ability to fly until the wound heals. I wouldn't mind it if Drogon sits the next battle out and we get to see Rhaegal and Viserion kick ass.

Also, how fucking stupid is Jaime for charging at Dany and Drogon? Just because Drogon landed doesn't mean he can't still fuck you up. Like, come on, Jaime.

But yeah, this episode was 10/10.

Ok I'm hoping those last 15 minutes make up for it because I have 17 minutes left so far and this episode fucking sucks

Fuck Sansa, so fucking terrible
Fuck Arya, just boring now
Fuck Bran, he's the fucking worst

but most of all, fuck Dani BEND THE KNEE BEND THE KNEE BEND THE KNREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Seriously, fuck you Mad Queen

Jon: 'if you go ahead and just start roasting people, burning castles and wrecking villages with your dragon you're no different than the rest'
Dany: 'ROAST PEOPLE YOU SAID? GOT IT! WATCH THIS!!'

This was the first time in a long time I wasn't cheering at a big battle, but rather was fucking terrified of what would happen to characters I like on both sides
same dude, like damn. when it started i was like oh shit but then when dany appeared it was legitimate like. scared to see the end but also love it all

It was when Bronn was getting chased by that Dothraki that got me.

Then that fear dissipated to laughing when said Dothraki got shot with the Anti-Dragon Crossbow.

Thoughts:
* I really don't like how Dany is accusing Tyrion of sabotage after all the crap they've been through in Essos. He seriously needs his spies back.
* I don't think I can complain about Dany acting more irrational; her story has always been about conflicting morals and ideals.
* Oh, so Braavos are involved in the slave trade. I hope they have a good explanation for this later because it seems like a jarring plothole.
EDIT: Rewatched that scene, I don't know why I thought slavery was brought up again. Makes me wonder if he was just humoring Cersei so he could get his money back.
*Autistic Bran at it again.
*Arya and Sansa, reunited at last.

* That Arya choreography was pretty fun.
"Who taught you that?"
"No one"
I know it's a reference to her time at that temple but I think it's safe to say it's some Arrested Development style foreshadowing that Jaqen = Syrio. They might as well admit it.

* This battle makes up for the one we didn't get at Highgarden.
* The whole time I was thinking "How fucked is Bronn?" which turned to "How fucked is Drogon?" and went back to "How fucked is Bronn?" I hope Bronn lives a little longer. Don't bump him off until he and Tyrion gets at least one more round of banter.
* I really don't want to be that guy but I find the Dothraki shrekting the Lannisters highly unrealistic. Didn't they establish several seasons ago that they are shit against armored units? Lannister forces are also getting their throats slit. Like, come on, that's the one place you're suppose to protect at all times. I suppose I just have to accept "rule of cool". On the flip side, they make up for the incompetence of the Greyjoys and Tyrells.
* Either way, that battle really got the adrenaline pumping. 10/10, will watch again tomorrow.

Episode 4 is one of the best episodes in this season so far. Between Arya showing off her swordsmanship against Brienne and Jon Snow forging a stronger relationship with Denaerys, and best of all: Jaime's badass charge into Drogon before Bronn saves him and the cliffhanger is left.
I hope Jaime makes it out alive.

Looking back on that, it was the most badass thing Jaime had ever done IMO. That would've been a hero's death indeed.
