Most of them can work as indie just fine, they've already got the audience plus their contracts allowed them to keep their characters if they left. The 6 that left previously, veibei, silvervale, nyanners, matara, zentreya, geega, none of them have said anything about joining another agency yet. The only other corpo with any money at this point would be Phase Connect and realistically taking on former vshojo members would probably just risk diluting their fanbase from their existing talent.

It won't matter, the company is done and over with now. Even if they can prove Ironmouse lied about the charity money or not being paid, literally all of their talents other than Froot have said they were about to leave, had already filed the paperwork necessary to leave, or just said fuck it and posted that they'll be making an official announcement on the matter later. If the company can't afford to pay talents, with ironmouse supposedly not being paid and the charity owed 500k, Kson not being paid since September and apparently owed 250k. Where are they going to be getting the money from to pursue any seriously legal action now having their revenue streams basically cut to zero overnight?

Most will probably just try rawdogging it as indie, but I imagine the ones that need management will try to go with a management firm like Mythic rather than full-blown corpo again.

Management firms are probably the future of Vtubing anyway. The full-blown corpo thing has been a nice parallel to the old days of Youtube gaming corpos like Machinima, but they will similarly not last.

None because unlike most other Vtubers Vshojo doesn't do anything but stream from what I know. If they did the other stuff Holo, Niji, Phase and whoever else does like concerts and what not I'd say sure there's a chance. I suppose there's the off chance they need help with merch if they can't get it set up correctly but that seems unlikely.

Most of them should have plenty of contacts by now, know how at least part of the business side of things work, and yeah there's talent management companies that handle this shit for streamers that aren't trying to be idol companies. While Sakana might do something... I find it unlikely.
