What's really astonishing to me though is hearing all these stories of these talents simply not getting paid for MONTHS. Like, if my current job missed my paycheck once I'd be out the fucking door and I make peanuts compared to these girls. You don't fuck with someones money.

I was stuck in the middle of something so I could only half listen but my very poor read is that all of the talents are not employees. They are considered independent contractors. Because of that they are not afforded the same protections as actual employees. We know from one of them that she's not even allowed to talk bad about Vshojo even though she hasn't been contracted with them for awhile. Not getting paid in forever so you can't afford representation coupled with a possibly horrific NDA would probably go a long way in keeping people quiet and hoping for the best. Obviously not for too long as Henya said that she's already gotten a lawyer. What is going to fuck over Vshojo in ways that could never with Nijisanji is that Vshojo is an American company based in California. If people don't remember, California is the same state that tried to get Uber and Lyft to treat their drivers as actual employees meaning they would have to give them things like benefits and time off.

i think its obvious to anyone who has any common sense that zentreya is a man with dick and balls but has he ever said he's a girl? or referred to himself as a woman??

Pretty much yes to all of that. He's in full LARP mode as his female character whenever he streams.

In-character, "she" says she's female, refers to herself as a female and everyone in a collab refers to them as a female.

It's really off-putting because it read 100% as a guy. I'm not sure how to explain it, but he has all the mannerisms of a guy, as far as those can be communicated via the janky model.

And the model itself comes across as something a guy designed too. It's basically a head, comically large tits, and nothing else.

Ironically, VSHOJO seems like they actually tried to do SOMETHING creative with the design. I still think it sucked but an attempt was made. But as soon as they left, it was back to big-boob, derp-face generic model.

I dunno. I never got the appeal of "her" at all.

Oh man, where do I begin? The most common reason is that when Silvervale was getting harassed during the Hogwarts Legacy drama and crying on stream, she said in chat "It's okay, everybody makes mistakes" instead of actually supporting her coworker.
She also is a virtue signaler about troon shit and was supposed to donate around 50k to a tranny charity but then pocketed the money, and she also released some google dockey which was just airing out personal grievances about her ex-husband and not showing off any real abuse, and she apparently cheated on the guy as well.

Yeh they are generally fine, my exceptions are froot for being the two faced lying thot, Zen for being the larping faggot, Melody being the coomer brain fried zombie leftist and Hime for being basically a joke character. The biggest, and most legitimate imo, issue with her is that she's a virtue signaling retard who virtue signaled herself into $50k debt to a charity, the trans charity MermAIDS, that she has never shown she has ever made good on. There was also her mom who was down right Tomlin-esque in how she thought her and her daughter were better than everyone. She did Froot absolutely no favors.
