The unholy Triple Alliance of Ching, Cuckposter, and Fujoshi
Roberu simps dont care, heck they even approved (and encouraged) Animare saying that he fucked all of them

She said she would make another bunker in the bunkeronii (bunkeronii²) and that the first time she works on it, it would be on stream,to appease all those salty mfers.

source in gorilla superchat catchup from yesterday
Personal rrat on my discord is that she has another bunker hidden probably in the nether and she left the first one as a tourist attraction

tbh that'd be a pretty tribalist assumption without us knowing what might have caused it. Though I'm sure some would leap to that conclusion. to have things like holoEN collab with Pikamee, Milkyqueen, Calli featuring on Boogie Voxx's Album, none are things that would happen if HoloEN was trying to choke out smaller competition. Anyone saying they try to choke out smaller companies would have to be willfullly ignorant to do so.

The Nina rrat as baseless as it is actually has more credibility because it at least doesn't have other actions that directly contradict it like this, and even that despite bringing it up earlier, I have strong doubts in.
Milky is tiny and based in japan. Pikamee is based in japan also and one of the most seiso vtubers out there (except that one time Tigger broke her).

Watching this live was great.

Parents and someone of the Nadebros donate something like 600$ already when she open donations (her reaction to it was very nice). I'm very happy for her, she's cute, cool and sweetheart.
Who is she again?

Double posting just because:

Kronii's schedule; time to ask for her preferred pronouns 2.0
Everyone knows that Break = Minecraft

How many more EN fucking tours can they possibly do, holy shit.
As many as there are japanese talents who havent visited the EN server. Easy content and a cheap excuse to finally have the girls collab.

Lmao are you guys honestly complaining about "ugh not another EN server tour again" because, for one, I do not look back to the "Sora, tiptoeing around alone to try and engage with someone" past fondly.
Or even better, "I'll have to ask mane-chan about talking to x-senpai, she must be so busy this week with her dance lessons/endurance streams, who knows maybe next year we will collab and dig a hole in meinkra for an hour"
^ This. Having Bae and Sana around also help and its quite nice to actually see the girls jump in each other's voice chat talking and randomly talk to each other. It feels like other than Marine getting drunk and doing it, it barely ever happened before. Seems way more casual now.

That's probably one of the reasons they are doing this, if Hololive becomes a brand that spans mediums there is less chance that the company implodes if the bubble bursts. Luckily for them they are Japan based, probably the best place to be if you are looking to find a bunch of competent programmers who are willing to work themselves to death without complaining. Sakurai is on break now right? They can have him come and teach the devs how to plug themselves into an IV drip for ultimate efficiency.

I think you're on the right track, and it's something I've mulled over, too.

In Japan, you are obligated to pay a pension for 40 years of your life to receive a full pension when you retire at 60. This is indiscriminate of how much you're earning. There is no real way of retiring 'early', and even if you did, you'd be shunned by your community due to Japan's attitudes towards money and acts of selfishness.

In other words, even though Hololive are (mostly) full-time employees, life is still going to catch up with them as 'online personalities' and their aspirations will start to change as they begin to prepare for the rest of their lives. Some of them balance it with University, as do the majority of Nijisanji, likely because they need 'somewhere to go' once their V-Tubing career has ran it's course regardless of how much they earn.

However, if you start to turn them from 'online personalities' into 'amateur voice actresses', then that prolongs the amount of time they could remain attached to the brand and continue their activity within the company. Plenty of VAs are in their 60s and still able to tap into their teen voices.

Being a VA also means they don't have to be constantly streaming and could have more of a personal life. It's less about the 'bubble burst' and more about just how taxing being a streamer is, especially when you can't really commit to marriage or having children etc. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are already feeling like they're approaching that part of their life now.

The question is: can whoever Cover have hired make a fulfilling Genshin-like game in 1-2 years that could kickstart all this?

Given the ambitious scope of the project and the realistic size of developers willing to gamble on the IP, I'm not entirely convinced.

So im guessing Tenma is going to be playing more games with the OTV and OTV-adjacent people. Didn't Pomu and Finana play League with Scarra some time ago? Phase Connect / Nijisanji collab inc?
So I was curious and watched the vod. The person she is playing with is Jummychu, Lilypichu's personal assistant and at some point they even talk about her when Tenma said she liked Binding of Isaac, since Lily has gotten into that recently.

It seems like she is "in" and with some luck may be able to get future big collabs.

Nvm, further into the vod she explains she knows memes because of her coworker "Pipa, the alex jones vtuber" lmao

Roberu, Suisei, Fubuki collab

I am so proud of our son. In all honesty I hope this is the start of paving the way for Holostars being able to collab with Hololive without having to jump through flaming hoops like making songs together or special events. Give me all :optimistic: reactions cause even I know the fucking gachikois are autistic enough to hate Roberu.

Who is she again?
Nadeshiko/Nadechama is small PNGtuber (getting live2d this sunday) whose streams consists of mostly zatsudans and drawing streams, since she didnt have her own PC till recently.
I believe shes a westaboo and knows a lot about western meme, her small fanbase overlaps a lot with Beatani and Pippa

Nadechama keeps talking about how she wants to reach to other vtubers but shes deathly afraid of being rejected and shit talked behind her back.
This girl is seriously socially exceptional
As I have said before, it seems that she is hafu. And she gets bullied at school*sigh*
Who is she again?
As Takodachi already said Nadeshiko pngtuber (almost vtuber debute oct. 30). English speaking openheart young japanese westaboo schoolgirl. Who start streaming with old macbook. She know lot of west memes, jokes and cultural traits. Her reasoning is often very mature and profound for her age

Her comedic horny is seriously way different from visceral thirst that menhera and chicken exhibit. Unless I’m blindly biased.
Marine is the kind of horny where she's openly needy but too modest to make any actual advances. Makes her thirst more endearing. Kiara is much more pushy and a bit of a disaster lesbian but won't really try anything. Matsuri is just straight up a predator and a sexual harassment scandal waiting to happen. Several of the girls have talked about her creepy, unsolicited touching and such which is why I generally don't like her and refuse to watch her.

It will be interesting to see how it pans out. Based on the info on Kson's earnings that were revealed recently, I'd say the top end of Hololive may be able to forego a pension if the pace keeps up for a few more years and they are smart with their money. She is a top end outlier and the recent number obviously doesn't suffer from Cover taking a cut, but if the top girls even earn half as much retiring on savings / safe investments could be a real possibility for them. It's optimistic but I am hoping all of the hags get their proverbial 'bag' and get to do what they want, though you are probably right about a lot of them going into VA and other positions if they can't continue vtubing.

Top holo probably earns more tbh. Sponsorship, merch, concerts and SC along with their salary.

though you are probably right about a lot of them going into VA and other positions if they can't continue vtubing.
But realistically speaking though, what would be the position when they can't do vtubing anymore? Their character voice straining them too much? We see several situation by now where they do and there is no backlash at all and even support. They grew old and can't do 3D concert or Fes anymore? Well that's a concern, but I can see them transition to the position where "yeah I can't really do that anymore, sorry" many year from now, and they will still retain their fans. The only reason they wouldn't continue vtubing anymore is most likely their career or life choice, being perusing bigger goal, have other career path, or just simply settling down. But beside that, I don't see why all of them can't continue to do this for years to come if they want to.
More than Kson? I'm not so sure.
Beside the number she outright said, she already sell at least 1,000++ set of her 10k yen merch, which many more extra being order right now. All that without a cut from Hololive. We won't know the exact number of course, but yeah I wouldn't be so sure.

Pikamee is based in japan also and one of the most seiso vtubers out there (except that one time Tigger broke her).
And that time she got filtered by super mario 64 (really this game has broken more vtubers than dark souls) and recently she trying to sell Mariwawa and Anphetamimibloblob

More than Kson? I'm not so sure.
If you count sponsorships, merchandising shares, flat salary, super chats, memberships and ad revenue they can in a good month surpass her, Kson has the advantage that she doesnt need to pay her tithe to Cover but her salary depends mostly of how much Google code doesnt fuck her and simps throwing shekels to her, she doesnt have that safety line that is the salary, she gains a lot for a indie but not for a corpo

At least she is getting some sponsorships she is going to appear in a Indie games fes that is sponsored by nico and not those cucks of bilibili

Well the hypothetical situation is one where them being a vtuber is no longer tenable. Seems unlikely now but larger content creators and trends have come and gone during Youtube's lifetime. In my eyes the two most likely scenarios would be the lower end falling out of range of financial viability, and an idols voice being permanently damage to the point where they can't stream with it. In the former scenario a VA gig could happen if Cover has the right connections, in the latter I could see them assuming a talent management role if they still needed the work. I suppose there are also members with the skill to become Vtuber models, but I don't really seeing any of them being in a situation where they couldn't pursue a career without Cover's help.

I mean obviously we are all in our armchairs when it comes to estimating their income, so everything I say is just a guess. That being said I wouldn't really put much stock in them getting a lot of money from merch, selling a product is always gonna be far behind getting given free money, especially if we equate it to a year of Kson if she remains consistent or grows. Not to mention that Kson can sell merch too. The sponsorships I think would vary a lot depending where it is coming from. My guess would be that when it comes to the mainstream normie product stuff they may not actually be getting a huge pay out, even if they barely got anything you could make an argument that stuff like the AkuShubaPeko ramen sponsorship are still worth it because of the exposure and the way it legitimises Hololive as a brand. On the other side of things I could see them making bank on getting paid to play shitty mobile games and shovelware, but again this is another thing Kson can do is so inclined.

So in the end the only advantage I see the Hololive girls having is the salary and mainstream sponsorship. I think it is also fair to say that Kson has an advantage over them when it comes to game sponsorships and merch deals because she gets the full sum and doesn't have to give Cover a cut.
