The highlight from the uruka drinking stream was when she vomited while her chat was giving her memberships en masse. Resulting in the following :

I've always been envious of people who can just puke and get better. When I start puking it's never once or twice. It keeps going for like a day and always end up in bed.

iirce, Siska was the most popular one in the local scene (also the one that publicly had a beef with Kobo when the latter reached 1mil subs)
Siska has also been dealing with major health issues the last few months, requiring surgery on her jaw. When she stated that she would be reducing output tenfold, that was the trigger in the back of my mind that she was on the verge of leaving. The leaked membership comments about a mass departure sealed the deal.

njsj id grew too fast with too many livers but did not promote or even market them properly to the point the branch and its livers collapsed on itself.

njsj en should not fall the same fate and slow down their debuts. blahaj chuuba from idol en already overtook the entire xsoleil in terms of subs.
Niji ID grew due to Hana speaking English and indirectly getting a major plug by PewDiePie during an era in which the market for English coverage was next to none. I loath the idea that ID was mistreated when time and again, they have constantly self-sabotaged when given the spotlight. Part of the blame can be cast directly at Hana for not wanting to lead the charge, but the blame also falls on bilingual members who insist that they remain loyal to what was once ID rather than adjust to the internal changes. Ex-Niji KR members have dealt with way worse via the awful internal mangement issues and bullying to such extremes it went to court and yet still haven't been bitter via the merge. Those that have adapted to either English or Japanese majority streams like Mika, Bon, Suha and Nari are seeing a stark improvement in viewership, growth and even merch.

As for EN? EN's growth has slowed down and the requirements for auditions drastically changing. Waves at one stage had debut three months apart. We're now four months deep into XSOLEIL and it's been more than seven months since the GAMERS audition pool. EN's problem right now isn't output of talent, but rather the talents being hired.

No Hana (yet?) although her Gen graduates? All in all not that surprising and only a matter of time.
I fully expect Hana (or whatever pronoun adjacent thing they wish to become) to depart in the near future too. Someone I am surprised who hasn't departed yet is Ban Hada, formerly of Niji KR. She's had a constant string of shit happen to her this past year including a car crashing into her home and yet is more than content to stream on an alt.

Given her retweets and replies on Twitter it looks like Uruka is actually embracing her puke stream. Which is definitely the smart thing to do -- despite being a chatting stream in the middle of the night it drew decent numbers.

hopefully retards in chat don't immediately run jokes about the stream into the ground

I got to the stream late but the idea I'm getting from Penpals in chat is that she's moving.
You are correct

Why im not surprised, probably Anycolor said, hey that niche branch? gut it. dump money on Vox and pray the new EN waves are less cringe than the last 3 we deployed
this is why im worried about the future of cover. turning into a public corporation changes everything.

according to their public filing their main income flow are the streamers. so something will have to give eventually. i hope it doesnt devolve into exploitation/overwork. cover seems really open to have their talents take breaks right now and i hope that doesnt change. its nice to see everyone in a vtuber agency happy for once

Turns out WACTOR Boys 2nd gen graduated before even getting to debut. I wonder what's going to happen to them now, will they get doxxed like everyone else? I hope their CEO finally bruhs himself off a cliff for traumatizing potential gems.
WTF would anyone apply to that agency at this point? If you're that stupid I really can't feel sorry for you.
