The branch is basically toast. There's too many other groups and agencies catering to the anglophone world now. NijiEN's original value proposition was, "We're like HoloEN but less stuffy and uptight." Then once smaller groups started popping up, their pitch became, "We're like your favorite wacky indie but we have actual budgets and professional connections."E: apparently there's also a mass unsubbing of the other NIJIEN talents
But Hololive has loosened up somewhat, and the smaller groups have gotten a lot bigger and better connected - there's really no market for NijiEN except the one they've already got and are in the process of destroying.
