Opening a small studio in the states would be an order of magnitude easier for north Americans than flying all the way to Japan. There's a big difference between a 12 hour and a 4 hour flight. Maybe then, Fauna would have been less inclined to quit. She obviously wasn't keen on international travel. EN is obviously the side-show and always has been. When you see the financial reports it makes sense, too. Why would a shareholder care about a division of the company that is orders smaller? obviously they don't.

On the topic of culture? OpSec is paramount. None of us are above becoming the subject of the farm's ire and curiosity if we can't contain our autism so don't give the board anything to go off of vis a vis your real life identity. Remember that we are the people that once doxed someone because they included pillows and a door knob in a photograph.

Also, one of the fun things about 4chan was their ability to spread their shenanigans to the rest of the internet in really sneaky and hilarious ways but we don't do that here and if you do brag about it, you'll catch a ban here because there are a whole bunch of pissed off troons who think that we're the amazing digital concentration camp and they'll take any excuse they can get to make life hell for us.

(your whole point is still retarded btw EN not being the central pillar of a JP company =/= "the company doesn't care about them" you're skipping several steps in the middle and just saying that since the JP branch of the JP company is the primary branch that it means EN are somehow neglected when there's tons to show that they really really aren't)

So rather than flying to Japan, you make people fly to NA ? You have 3 talents in Europe, 6 in Japan and the Holo that live NA don’t even live close to each other so they would still have to fly to the studio too. Plus you have to either hire staff near there or fly the staff out too and you then have rent out some place for all of them to stay and find a way to feed them for weeks and place in NA aren’t close to each other so you need to drive them around. Also if the EN girls want to have JP or ID to be in their 3D then they would still need someone to glue the performance together while communicating over discord. It’s such a logistical nightmare that I don’t even where to begin. Unless all of them move to 1 city like the JP girls or ID girls.
