So, full disclosure, I haven't watched the full debut yet, so I cannot speak to the quality of the full thing, but the first few minutes aren't bad. Just saw it pop up in my subscriptions and thought it was interesting and relevant to this thread.

Dasu is a Vocaloid music producer and illustrator (she drew her own chuuba) that I've followed for years. She has a very... interesting style in the production of the songs that I like. I had no idea that she was planning on being a vtuber or even doing things other than making music.

Most of her songs are in Filipino, but from watching the first few minutes of this, it seems she is speaking English.

Typo aside, I really like what Calli did to this song to make it her own. It's got the same effect that Reine's KING cover had, where while not my favorite (it's hard to top Polka and Risu, respectively) they're at least different enough that they're worth a listen for a change of pace.

- Her English is cute as hell. I do appreciate any of the girls attempting English now. Also 18 season 3 forever bby.

- Oh so she had basically zero say in her 1st and 2nd outfit, it was all chosen by management. But had full control on the 3rd one. So this means management envisioned a futuristic diva slightly lewd diva of a sort, But AZKI was like GIVE ME THE CUTE SHIT in the 3rd. (Nice, even she wants to bring back the Hololive Swimsuit era, she wants a one piece with some frills on it, once again. Nice)

- Her managed is incredibly based from making Joke t-shirts and promoting magical water.

- Fucking hell she has around 40 original songs in total in soon to be 3 years ish of her time being there. That's a lot of songs.

- I remember hearing about this "Route A" & "Route B" stuff from AZKI. The original plan for the Vsinger is like a 3 year run and that it, pack up your bags and graduate which was called "Route A" but due to support from fans, AZKI is has now gone to plan "Route B" which is staying until the foreseeable future.

So this is that new thing Kiara hinted at the start, she created a new segment bit at the end to show a stage so whoever is the guest can perform a song or skit of some sort. Nice, I like it a lot.

Her 3rd design is simple yet so fucking adorable; very idol-like.
