Backerkit is run by people who worship blacks and transsexuals. They offered no such assurance, and caved the moment they heard about it. It's probably the same story as GoFundMe stealing the money from Canadian truckers. They'll take your business and then break you when it's convenient.
Okay, hang on. I fully believe Ian was a naive idiot for not predicting the level of backlash that's happened. He's also not alone, there are other guys involved in Headstamp Publishing's decision-making process, the house is not his personal fiefdom. But I cannot grasp the possibility that these guys got into that platform, knowing there was going to be backlash, and didn't communicate at all with the platform itself for a very large project.

And if they did... phew. That's some heroic-tier miscalculation. That's adding 2 and 2 and getting 🍎as a result.

I believe this incident says somewhat more about the company than McCollum or Reddit-Pseudowomen; The guild of developmentally delayed baboons running the PR-departments of virtually all major corporate structures will, almost invariably, succumb and rout in the face of the slightest amount of pressure, regardless of how ridiculous or outlandish the projected outrage appears to be.

I wasn't paying attention when all of this was happening, so I'm kind of out of the loop, but I really dislike that he caved to the pressure instead of holding his ground. The book itself sounded really interesting, and now I won't get the chance to read it...

Wasn't Karl supposed to be the cuck? :story:
Ian has cucked when his entire livelihood was threatened by the hate mob. If he gets banned from youtube and/or gets his patreon revoked for "promoting hate speech", he's fucked. Sure, he won't be on the streets immediately but suddenly losing 90% of your online presence, your access to work material, and your income as someone who works in media is catastrophic.

Karl, on the other hand, cucks willingly for clout, woke points and tranny dick.

Ian is not perfect (he has demonstrated with this whole fuck-up to be at the very least a very naive moron), but comparing him to Karl is stupid. Ian actually has something to lose.

If TFR's reaction to this matter is of any indication, he should publish it anyways because no matter what he does they already consider him a foul creature to be destroyed for the glory of whatever the fuck cause Cyrano happens to be a Kapo for.
Cyrano just full on loves tranny dick.

Can someone point me to or give me a quick rundown on guntubers seeming to coalesce in Texas? Is this a thing or am I being a schizo? I don't actively watch a lot of guntubers but over the past year have noticed collaborations with those in Texas, starting with apparently Demo Ranch and it seems to have grown.
Is Garand Thumb in Texas now? Did he get out of the Air Force to become a full time e-celeb?

Is this like when youtubers move to California so they can all do gay collaborations and generate e-drama in an attempt to network and kick off their e-careers? Am I crazy?

I think it's as simple as Texas is a pretty great place to be a gun guy. Wide open spaces, friendly legislature. Hell, they even have the Texas-only suppressors now, though that's untested by law as yet.

No, you're pretty close to the mark. They're all friends to one level or another and Texas is a gun-friendly state that isn't 90% desert. DemolitionMatt being the biggest guntuber out there, the others just sort of coalesced around him as they showed up for collaborations and decided they liked the place enough to move.

Didn't a Texas RINO ruin constitutional carry for the whole state because someone protested outside his home?

And yeah I don't see the suppressor thing ending well at all, even if ATF gets zero support from State or local agencies. It's not that I want it to fail, I just don't see the Fed allowing the NFA to be so openly flouted.

That just delayed it, it got signed in last summer.

And I agree the ATF isn't gonna like it.
