the next trigger shenanigans target for the ATF just dropped
These make me think of Forced Reset triggers and Hellfire triggers, the latter which the AFT said wasn't a machinegun a pretty long time ago.
AFT is gonna AFT though.
It's a shame that it's not worth writing a book over
I don't agree with that.
capacity Vs even 9mm makes it interesting
Doesn't seem like that big of an advantage to me. A 17rd Glock mag with a +3rd extension or an 18rd 92FS mag with a +2rd extension gives you 20 rounds with just a little bit of length out of the grip, which I'd gladly take over the long plank grip of 5.7mm pistols.
You know, for how much discussion I see on overpenetration, I've never actually seen numbers on injuries and/or fatalities from it.
Happens on occasion. Was a case maybe a year ago where some cop shot at an armed suspect in a store, missed, and the bullet went through the wall and into the head of some teenage girl in a changing room, who died pretty much right away.
It's not frequent, but it's entirely possible and one should be mindful of it.
Seems reasonably thought out. Ian specifically covers the subscription fee choice in the video, it means they don't have to deal with advertiser bullshit to keep themselves open. Mentions gunsmithing/handloading as content he'd like to put on the platform, which YouTube doesn't tolerate.
I like the idea of that, but at this time, paying $120/yr for what's currently just the privilege of seeing some full auto shooting videos feels hard to justify. I wouldn't discard advertising/sponsoring in entirety, there's gun friendly ones out there, and if YouTube truly enshittifies too much, they'll want to go and look in places like that. If a bit of sponsoring and advertising could take some of the cost off of hosting, it may still be worth it.
hope he chokes on tranny cock
You'll have to subscribe to his OnlyFudds for that.
I find the entire concept of pistol stocks to be kinda retarded
I see a limited merit in them, but I'll concede that much of it is wanting it because they won't let me have it.
Well, maybe I could find a mixed parts Bolo which wouldn't be too pricey.
Who wants a cowboy gun in .22?
If they had gates for loading, I would like a .22 lever action, but there's a few practical considerations which makes that less than easy for .22, or at least that's what everyone always says.
Those videos were genuinely some of the worst hit pieces I've seen against someone who did fucking nothing against the maker but accept him into their home.
Felt like it very much came out of left field for me, as I kind of just knew of him has some guy who does goofy bullshit. One wonders who else he has stabbed in the back.
