Global warming/Climate change thread - is it real or bullshit?

Sorry for the double post but some climate alarmists will hate that article because it don't fit their narrative.

The Climate is Indeed Changing – Grab a Warm Jacket

By Brian C. Joondeph

Over the past few years, we have been lectured to by professed scientists to “follow the science,” echoed by the corporate media that often sees financial gain in following particular views of science.
For example, Pfizer is alleged to sponsor 15 television news shows, a sure fire way to get their version of “the science” (and their products) out to the masses.
Much of the COVID dogma broadcast by the medical establishment and health authorities turned out to be wrong, from masks and lockdowns to vaccine efficacy and safety. Yet these views could not be challenged without threat of losing one’s employment or licensure, in the case of health care workers. And as time goes by, we learn that much “science” was propaganda.
People are catching on, perhaps explaining why, “Less than 3% of eligible Americans have gotten the new COVID booster this fall” according to the CDC.
Or Steve Kirsch’s recent unsettling analysis, “The data is clear and consistent. The COVID vaccine killed 3.5X as many people as the COVID virus.”
What are other examples of science morphing into propaganda? How about global warming, a.k.a. climate change?

Here's an interesting thing--ever notice how they put so much focus on methane emissions these days? I think it's because it's the perfect way to push the burden of climate change onto the public. Methane is produced by livestock (they don't tell you the emissions from that are static since instead of tens of millions of cows we used to have tens of millions of bison), fertilizer (interaction with nitrogen), rice farming (rice paddies contain anaerobic bacteria that give off methane), and all use of natural gas like your stove.

But consider that on Saturn's moon Titan, methane acts as a global coolant (producing an anti-greenhouse effect) because sunlight breaks methane down into its component atoms which then recombine into more complex hydrocarbons which form a stratospheric haze. Methane at lower altitudes is indeed a global warming agent (like it is on Titan), but despite Titan having over 5% of its atmosphere as methane, net warming is supposedly only 12 K (paper). Studies show a similar effect on Earth involving cloud formation, although this paper claims it still produces a warming effect at least currently. This happened billions of years ago on Earth (paper 1, paper 2) and the effect increases with the more methane in the atmosphere. Earth actually warmed when the methane haze was reduced by oxygenation. Apparently what causes this is interactions with molecules of CO2 (or on Titan H2). Change the ratio and you change the haze formation.

Even Wikipedia notes that methane was largely ignored in discussions on climate change mitigation before the 2010s. This suggests that as climate change became thoroughly politicized and the WEF decided that plebs were to carry the burden of it instead of people who own fleets of private jets, methane became the target because it's easy to exaggerate its supposed danger and thus make it easy to ban the conveniences of modern life and make us reliant on the government. None of these globalist-sponsored scientists are using models that are accurately predicting where the methane goes and how it breaks down!

Okay I am not the only one noticing that the sun is extra strong lately.

Not that the temperature is hotter, it can be a fairly cool day, but the sunshine feels like it's killing us faster. Are aliens holding a big ol' magnifying glass up to it and burning us like ants?

Walking around the property the other day, observing the soil and lawn. If someone had asked me what time of year it was just by what I saw I would have said mid-August. It is the beginning of June.

I have asked a few people about this IRL, and they seem to notice it too, but of course what can one do about it other than stay in the shade?

Sol Invictus coming for us?

Weren't you listening to AOC and Greta when they said we only have 8 more years? That was 8 years ago. Better pack up and start moving north, my friend.

That's not going to happen until the return of christ

Since I'm too lazy to read through the entire thread, I'm just dropping my opinion.
I think climate change is bullshit. I remember being told the world was going to end before 2010 due to climate change and being terrified of that.
I believe the world goes through natural fluctuations of hotter times and colder times. I also recall seeing old videos of climate scientists screeching about the next ice age coming back in the 60's-80's. I don't remember the year.

I agree we should be greener to some extent. At least try to take care of the planet we're on. Not to the extremes of most activist groups though. Just recycling, cutting down on air pollution and things like that.

Also if they care so much, they should be foaming at the mouth screaming at India and China for the mass amounts of pollution they create. Probably more than the rest of the world combined.
But you know "muh racism".

Pretty sure it’ll get increasingly warmer before we’re inside it
inside what? the sun doesnt explode until the world is over and we enter the new jerusalem. once the earth has outlived it's purpose and we go with christ (or not), there is not need for a sun.

the sun was created to sustain life on earth. once that's over, the sun goes bye bye in a supernova. thats hwat christ was talking about with the baptism by fire, Paul and Peter talking about all the burning up stuff.

christians go to the cube dimension, the earth gets torched
