You have to self-diagnose (maybe not with the exact label you get after differential diagnosis, but with something) before you can tell the doctor “I think I have a medical/psychiatric condition. Can you verify this?” That is how cause and effect works.
This is even true for physical conditions: If a doctor asks “where does it hurt?” the patient must then self-diagnose their pain. The doctor does not magically intuit symptoms using psychic doctor powers.

The use of diagnosis in this post is really triggering me. There's a big difference between diagnosing something and thinking something. If I think I have a mental illness I'm not actually identifying one, which I different from saying "I'm autistic" and thus isn't actually a diagnosis, self or otherwise.

I just noticed this. This isn't self diagnosis, this is just laying out your symptoms for a doctor so that they can diagnose you. A diagnosis is a combination of symptoms that match with a disease, disorder or syndrome.
Self-Diagnosis in of itself isn't bad; I think it's a decent tool for self help as long as you aren't claiming you actually have it and you keep your options open until you actually see a doctor, and you're not using it as an excuse to avoid a doctor altogether. A self diagnosis can help you work with your doctor or therapist to get better treatment and he or she can help you figure out the true source of these issues. In some cases self diagnosis is a necessary first step due to a disorder being quite rare. However, you should NEVER consider a self diagnosis as an actual diagnosis until you've actually worked with a doctor about it, and you certainly don't deserve treatment until you actually confirm it with a doctor.
But seriously, who actually does that in these SJW communities anyways?

Um, I'm pretty sure it's because unlike hair color, genitals are considered private and the average intersex person probably doesn't want to talk about their genitals to a random stranger they just met off the bat.

As someone who is way too sensitive to SJW stupidity, I think these are hilarious. It's everything wrong with tumblr compressed into spergy, bite-sized memes that would look more at home on a mid-oughties image board. I can't tell the parodies from the true and honest original posts and it is glorious.

- People like this do believe that everyone is defined by their genitals. That's why they say bullshit like "person with a vagina" instead of "woman" ("because some women have penises!!!!!!") and generally make every tiny thing revolve around what equipment God gave them.
- I don't think these people realize what a horrible picture of transwomen (and it's basically only transwomen; Tumblrinas don't give a shit about transmen) they're painting. This isn't just a Golbat issue, it's one that's infected large swaths of the LGBT+ community. According to them, transwomen are delicate little snowflakes who will literally be triggered into a suicidal depression if people don't want to sleep with them. And the only way people will sleep with them is if they're guilted into it, either by a transwoman herself or by the people who claim that if you don't have sex with a transperson, you're human garbage. Not only is this ignoring that people have the right to refuse sex, it also makes it seem like transwomen are awful, clingy little shits who can't handle rejection. It strips away their autonomy and dignity by making them seem like petulant children.
- And seriously, shut the fuck up about this "anyone who isn't totally pansexual is a bigot!!!!" mentality. Believe it or not, some people just plain aren't attracted (romantically or sexually) to certain genitals. A lesbian is not a bigot if she doesn't want to have sex with a pre-op transwoman; she just isn't attracted to penises, plain and simple. She's a fucking lesbian. And a straight woman isn't a bigot if she doesn't want to have sex with another woman. She's just not into that, because her sexual orientation (which cannot be changed, btw) dictates that she's only attracted to men. People aren't horrible trash if they aren't attracted to every single person on the planet. It only becomes shitty when you act like no one could possibly ever be attracted to them (there's a big difference between "I'm sorry, I'm just not attracted to you" and "You're a fucking freak who's going to die alone").

I used to follow them for a while because I saw a few that I actually found to be just. Unfollowed because everything not 800% inclusive was racist and/or anti-LGBTQ and there was that mentality of "if you disagree, even due to not being properly educated, you're wrong and terrible".
I'm a feminist LGBTQ ally who volunteers at a queer center (programming, discussion/support group facilitation and peer mentoring, mostly. Important also is that the center was primarily staffed by LGBTQ folks, including those of color) and a lot of those memes were too fucking out there for me, and I consider myself pretty damn knowledgeable. It was just constant and it feels like special snowflake-ism. Nothing wrong with being a queer POC with autism and dyslexia (or whatever) and no problems with advocating, but do it in a way that gets results the right way, from educating, not annoying people or preaching to the choir.
Not saying that people like this need to be silenced, but it seems they don't really want to educate anyone, just spam what you "should" believe.
And if no one said it yet, the logic for zubats/ golbats is because it's hard to avoid them and they're everywhere (I guess like the slighted demographics...?).
