Gone with the Wind removed from HBO Max

Because as a product of it's time it serves as a reminder of how racial depictions in Hollywood have changed.
Is there even anything wrong with the racial depictions? Not all slaves were abused, and plenty were happy to continue on with the gig after compulsory participation ended.

"Stop apologizing, tell them to F off." Coolest thing I've ever heard Tim say.

We MUST remove “Lord of the Flies” because it wasn’t inclusive and no characters were trans, homosexual, women, women of color, etc.

Btw, having streets named "Black Lives Matter" will become what every avenue/street/boulevard named Martin Luther King. Update the Chris Rock joke:"You're on BLM street!? Run!!!"

Honestly, Tim has been getting madder and madder. I don't think its fair to call him a fence sitter anymore.

Looks like Gone With the Wind is coming back, with added foreword by some scholar

Seems unnecessary to me, since the people who will watch Gone With the Wind are either boomers or any adult interested in classic movies. Kids and teens aren't likely to watch the movie, and if they do, they sure won't pay attention what the scholar has to say about the movie.

"scholar" is used loosely

The forward is only there as an ass cover. These types of things have been used in re-releases of cartoons from the 40's and 50's.

Figured they're going to bore us, unless it's skip-able.
