What would you use it for? It has a few weak points, the motherboard I think is really low end, the PSU is not enough to get you through a future upgrade either if things continue like this. I hope there are 2 sticks of that RAM, you really need 16GB. The SSDs are meh, and the HDD might not be enough for your needs, 2.5GB of storage is a bit low for a new PC, but you'll be able to add more later. The CPU and GPU should make a great combo at 1080p. The 6600xt is like a 1080ti or so. Will last you a few years for 1080p.
I would be a bit reluctant to get a AMD CPU, because most of them lack an iGPU. If you have a spare videocard it's not that important. Things can get defective, and it's super annoying to not have a PC for 2 weeks while the card gets replaced.
Also if you're using Adobe Premiere or plan on encoding on the iGPU, I'd steer clear of AMD. But if you have a spare card and don't care about video encoding and Premiere, it's irrelevant.
