Well I guess now we know nothing has been added yet. They're not zapping to the extreme. It's just the same charge, but can be punished as a felony now.
Regarding what the plea deal is, a lot of that depends on how good the prosecution's case is (and thus how much work/risk it would be for them to fight it out).
Excellent. Now we know. Also FUCKING AWESOME that the bottom has the full summary of the J&DR docket. I was not expecting to see that (I wish they'd kept the dates in though instead of just the date of entry).
I already did some research on this and it appears to be that there's a character limit in the database field for the name of the charge. That's why on a lot of charges they make heavy use of abbreviations. In this case they just cut off the description rather than trying to abbreviate all the words into it.
Technically the full charge would be w/own child/grandchild/parent/grandparent. I'm sure it's mostly childfuckers but I'm also sure there's some grandchildfuckers out there.
If that's the only charge in the system, then yeah. If he was charged with anything else there'd be another page for it. (Each charge has its own page)
As I mentioned before, it could be that they *have* agreed on a deal, but it involves pleading guilty to a felony, which means it has to go through the grand jury and then to circuit court regardless, as he can't make a guilty plea deal for a felony in J&DR.
