Maybe Chris nuts the fuck up and brings the same energy he did to Gamestop.
He's gonna come out of prison looking like an MS13 member I swear, covered in sonichu tats.
The Virginian Aryan Brotherhood better start preparing themselves for their new shot caller, Christian 'Bent Wood' Chandler.

This thought just came across my mind, but dude.... What if Chris actually filmed himself porking his mom as a trophy video or some shit and the cops got their hands on it, that's why they are kicking it up a notch. Cuz like.... Retards film themselves fucking all the time, that's how sex tapes of celebrities and pedos get leaked and shit.
Wouldn't be out of character for him, considering all the times he recorded himself banging sex dolls, shoving things up his ass or recycling.

I'm guessing this. Obviously "it was all just big talk" didn't fly, so the only hail Mary Heilberg has left is to try to prove Chris is bonkers, but yet again, he came back sane.
I don't think Heilberg would try that because it's not going to get Chris off. An insanity plea doesn't apply to Chris because Chris knew what he was doing was wrong. You can see that he knew it was wrong because he tried to conceal the identity of the woman he was having sex with, only dropping hints that she was over 50 and a former accountant.

Do you think Chris would do any better job of retracting his confession than he has explaining how he dindu nuffin? Look at the retraction in the letters. Is there a human on Earth that would say, "Oh yes, it's just a healing ritual involving light massage performed by the reincarnation of Jesus, it isn't a retarded pervert having non consensual sex with his incapacitated elderly mother. Give the jury some credit. There's more than enough evidence already to convict Chris. If it wasn't a solid prosecution, he wouldn't have sat in jail for a year on continuances. He's already served a year and if he gets off with just that, it's a best case scenario. It's much more likely that more is going to be added to that. At this point it isn't a matter of whether Chris can be convicted or not, it's what the plea deal/sentence will end up being.

Well I guess now we know nothing has been added yet. They're not zapping to the extreme. It's just the same charge, but can be punished as a felony now.

Regarding what the plea deal is, a lot of that depends on how good the prosecution's case is (and thus how much work/risk it would be for them to fight it out).

I didn't see it posted in the thread yet, but Chris' case is now viewable on the state court website. It appears the grand jury will convene on August 8.

Excellent. Now we know. Also FUCKING AWESOME that the bottom has the full summary of the J&DR docket. I was not expecting to see that (I wish they'd kept the dates in though instead of just the date of entry).

What's even more hilarious is that they have to put incest with own child because there's no section for screwing your parents. So normies or anyone else looking this up will think Chris fucked his own kid.
That's how the crime is commonly described, it's just shorthand because 99% of the time it's the parent being charged for fucking their kid, not the kid (here manchild) for fucking the parent.

I already did some research on this and it appears to be that there's a character limit in the database field for the name of the charge. That's why on a lot of charges they make heavy use of abbreviations. In this case they just cut off the description rather than trying to abbreviate all the words into it.

Technically the full charge would be w/own child/grandchild/parent/grandparent. I'm sure it's mostly childfuckers but I'm also sure there's some grandchildfuckers out there.

Does this mean they're only upgrading the incest charge or can there be more new felonies they'll want the grand jury to indict him on?

If that's the only charge in the system, then yeah. If he was charged with anything else there'd be another page for it. (Each charge has its own page)

Doesn't the fact that this case goes to Grand Jury show there may have been several deals and all were rejected by Chris?

As I mentioned before, it could be that they *have* agreed on a deal, but it involves pleading guilty to a felony, which means it has to go through the grand jury and then to circuit court regardless, as he can't make a guilty plea deal for a felony in J&DR.

You have to remember that Heilberg had never met Chris before and given his age, probably knew nothing about him. So in waddles in an overweight troon, who describes himself as autistic, can't speak correctly, babbles on about nonsense and/or makes fart noises, not caring one bit about the situation he's in.

I doubt it. I'm really thinking she isn't her in right mind any longer. She did even give statements during the evaluations most likely, and everything else, spooning, the sarcastic "well I'd fuck you", those are things that Chris said and really can't be proved
Honestly, I doubt Barbs will even be deemed fit for trial anyways. She (allegedly) got into a car crash and got a concussion plus broken ribs.

What the fuck is "uttering"

I'm not googling that shit even on a vpn on a vm in incognito over tor

Oh it's just lying. LUL FIBBER!
In the U.S., uttering is the act of offering a forged document to another when the offeror has knowledge that the document is forged.

Possibly? I have little idea how family courts work. The way I'm interpreting however is pretrial ended yesterday, so he hadn't been charged until now and the after the indictment will be the first opportunity for a plea. Pointless Sperg will likely have great insight now that he can see the pleadings and orders.

Is it possible we won't find out about any other charges until after August 8th?

In what scenario would that be possible, would they have threatened him with more felonies, or just promised him that he could go back to his toys after the trial, or any other reason why it's more advantageous for Chris to be convicted a felon?

They can also use a gyno inspection to see if she has been sexually active or check for any bruising. Bruising on the hips or inner thighs are common things they look at in rape cases.
Hypersexuality is fairly common in dementia cases. Signs of penetration in/around the vagina? Why that was Barb masturbating with an object.

Maybe Chris witnessed some of this and got the inspiration for his outrageous incest story.

Is every member of the jury going to buy into it? Probably not, but Chris’s defense doesn’t need that. They just need to stack these on top and throw enough doubt dust in the air to move a few of them away from beyond a reasonable doubt.
But even if they go the route you're claiming, if they can prove that Chris was in sound mind, it doesn't matter if Barb had dementia and thought Chris was her husband. It would still be rape.

Legally maybe. But we’re talking about a jury. Feed them enough stuff about Chris being autistic and not understanding jack shit and being groomed by Barb, and at least some of them won’t be too keen on finding Chris guilty, or might go for a lesser charge.

Again: It’s not someone raping Barb T knifepoint. It’s a complicated case involving two deeply fucked people, and all you need is a few jurors to go “I don’t know exactly what happened but I can’t send this sped to jail for a decade based on this!”
They *may* try to argue that Barb groomed Chris, given the way that she used to force him to sleep with her, flirt with him, and even made a comment that she would sleep with him instead of him hiring a sex worker at one point.

There are a lot of places they can go, and all they need is throw enough of those lifelines for jurymembers who might have doubts to cling on to.

And most importantly: If the prosecutor had a strong case, or had a strong wish to send Chris away for years, he wouldn’t be doing this shit after a years time.
