Funny as it might be to us, the chances of a Trial of the Century w/ Chris acting as his own attorney and featuring surprise witnesses like null, The Gunt, Barb, and various weens are about 0%. It would be way harder for them to prove rape in this incest case, because barb is not determined to be completely incapacitated, at least not around the time of the arrest. It's certainly possible, but probable, nah. Most people reach 55 even if sedentary with a shit diet, and both his parents reached their 80s despite poor habits. Granted, his parents weren't half-retarded either, but still, we might get to see an elderly Chris-chan.

Chris probably has a higher life expectancy in prison, if anything, since he’ll be forced into healthier (by his standards) habits.

The last year has been better on his health probably since when he was in high school.

Barb is also a manipulative person and there’s a lot of circumstantial video evidence of her seemingly acting in Chris’ begging videos - either on her own volition or under his direction.

Plus, she’s also practiced so-called emotional incest with her retard son for decades. It especially intensified after Bob died and Chris had to be the “man of the house”. All the intimate and creepy shit she had him do…

So her being an unwilling participant in actual, literal incest isn’t as clear cut either. The relationship between her and Chris was clearly fucked coming from her side as well.

I will admit that one of the things that's amazed me about Chris is how, despite his absolutely awful hygenic standards, he's never seemingly gotten anything worse than a cold.

That said, I agree him hitting 80 is highly unlikely. His shit diet, lack of exercise, and probably more than a little of the constant stress he must be under these days will likely do him in.

the is the thing i find so ironically funny, in his 25th birthday message he railed against smoking and alcohol because it shortens your lifespan, yet he has lived his entire life since then in such a way that guarantees he is going to die an early death.

Like why would a regular adult incest case take a year before being brought before a grand jury.

Yeah it’s true, after all the she’s being manipulative and acting slow in video is speculation. But they did let her go home and according to ween video she was living at 14 BC and most likely alone. I don’t know if there’s any law in the states saying if they found a completely out of it dementia elderly who don’t know where when who she is they have to get her a carer/send her to relative or a home etc.

I don’t really believe she still had a strong mental hold over Chris in the later years, even though he’s under her insane cluster b control for his whole life. it’s most likely Chris forced himself on her when she’s not all completely there. But if most of the time she could still take care of herself, aka keep herself alive, knows how to buy grocery and use the microwave, they’ll have to prove the rape happened exactly when shes in a spell and not lucid and it’s against her will. And again dementia patients could definitely act sexually inappropriate in their confusion and if she did “initiate” as Chris claimed, it could be said she’s factually gone so it would be rape, but it could also be said Chris is a huge retard and can’t tell if shes genuinely offering and she’s being senile. It’s not as clear cut as automatic statutory rape
