He hasn't so far because he's an idiot, so now he'll have to plea guilty to felony incest instead of misdemeanor incest.

Only if the prosecutor or grand jury requests the testimony (extremely unlikely) and Chris doesn't exercise his right to remain silent (though also unlikely).
