If anything else, I’m willing to argue that we haven’t seen any real confirmation that GTA VI was given a real date until now. This should not be a shock to anyone involved.
The only consolation is that I no longer will have to see “*insert random quirky reference here* gets this before GTA 6” along with fake GTA fan pages speculating over when the next trailer release date is.

Their last 2 games they announced had delays if I remember right, though not by a full year. GTA V was supposed to be spring of 2013, delayed to September that year, and RDR2 was mostly the same with middle of 2018 delayed to October 2018.

these same people also refuse to acknowledge how III>VC>SA pipeline is extremely well executed overall.

they will cash in their chips in tech progression thing and you can bet you will fail your first mission if you step on the wrong side of the road because it's not the way the game wants you to play it, thanks GTA5, you piece of shit, even though that shit started in SA and was refined in 4 with the medal thing, lol.
not to mention the indian department probably fucking it up as they did with bethesda's jeetfield, ha.

Thats what I love about the current devs of GTA, they dont know what GTA is anymore other than a giant money printing machine that they can put minimal effort into and get a massive payout. Definately think youre right, they know this one is going to not last them as long as 5

They have such an interesting catalogue of IPs that they could draw upon for new games that sorely need sequels or more content but they are insistant that everything needs to be their big money makers. Trend following morons who see only dollar bills in the right now. There has to be some creative people left in there but there are far too many total retards for that to happen

The don't need to remove any woke bullshit because the masses will buy any slop rockstar shits out at release. I haven't kept up with GTA 6 so I'm probably way off base, but I wouldn't be surprised if the delays are purely to get the online component as marketable as possible so they can continue to drain retards from their money. They fucked that up with RDR Online and they aren't going to make the same mistake with this one.

Thats sort of what Im hoping, but rockstar is owned by Take Two which has vanguard and blackrock as large owners.
Theres really only so many times you can fuck up shareholder value before higher ups tell you to cut it the fuck out. Maybe the tide is turning.
