So does Hardin file tomorrow 'we didnt get the money and Greer has said he won't pay and you only add more money he won't pay to the payment he owes us' and then Greer plightspergs or does Greee do that first tomorrow 'your honor an honest goof I didn't send payment on time'

I hope Hardin is staying up until midnight to file his status report. He did the same thing back in December, ECF 193, when Greer hadn't met the deadline to submit his initial disclosures. And then two hours after the deadline, Greer sent him that belated and deficient email with two names and phone numbers. And Greer apologized for being late while also insisting that he was compliant.

I'm guessing Hardin will file his status report with the court first thing in the morning. Greer will then probably file his response to the status report where he tells the judge that he spent all his money on his latest brothel adventure so he couldn't pay the sanctions. How can he give Hardin money that's already spent after all? 100% foolproof legal maneuver.

If we're lucky one of the pending ways this case could be dismissed finally comes through and this case is finally taken out behind the shed and given both barrels.

Actually, since Null/Hardin are going to want to recover fees from Greer wasting everyone's fucking time, would that be a separate civil case or would it still fall under this one?

I just checked. It isn't available for free. It likely hasn't been free for years now. It is, however, $2.99.
Just to set the lore straight ...
Only the first few chapters are available to preview now.
It was always a cost, but he fucked up and set the entire damn book as available as a preview, so you could click on the cover and read the whole thing in your fucking browser.

Not a bad idea for a book you don't really want to make money from, but still, funny.

I think it's both. Costs and more importantly fees can be awarded as a sanction. I believe that's considered a somewhat extreme remedy and before you jump to "just look at this fucking case" remember we have our wonderful district judge who give 80% off tard coupons and doesn't know the meaning of "shall". We could appeal that sanction reduction (Hardin preserved the objection) and probably a decision not to award fees but remember we would be appealing to the time-traveling soviet kike kourt.

After this case Null could go after shitlips for malicious prosecution (and probably other torts) in a new case as the plaintiffs. A lot of people would probably consider entering unnecessary litigation unwise but I would support it since the only real positive here is to collect rustys scalp as a warning so IMO we should really scalp him. Wage garnishment for the rest of his miserable life and let him experience "the process is the punishment" for once.

On June 10th, Russ indicated to Mr. Hardin that he would pay, but he ended up not paying

Self sabotaging retard. Maybe he thinks the tard guarding will continue. But I've known people of his type to dig themselves deeper and deeper into the hole when climbing out initially only required taking a relatively small L. He will not pay, and he will allow these sanctions to escalate to the point where it would be utterly financially ruinous to pay them, after which he will file and plightsperg trying to get it reduced, which he still won't pay even if he succeeded. The next Ludwig World Order video is gonna be juicy.

I wonder what the "explanation" is for the delinquency this time.

The banking app is goofing up?

I'm pleased Mr Hardin has dispensed with the pleasantries. Slap this retard down wherever you find him.
Judge is, clearly, still not aware it will cost Greer 87 dollars and the documents are irrelevant. If only he knew!

The mad lad didn't do it!

So, when will paynull.lol be updated?

A more interesting question is how much the judge is going to nudge the sanctions up by this time so that Greer understands that he's really serious? If he tard guards like this two or three more times, we might be back to the $5,000 that the magistrate awarded.

Oh, this is something that should have probably been mentioned explicitly in the status update:

So why on earth should I pay you a dime when YOU, a supposedly licensed attorney, continue to act bad, yet you cry about initial disclosures and you suffered zero harm?

This is a clear indication that sanctions are useless and he will never pay them. This should have the court take much more stringent measures but probably never will.
