I'd let them stay there, invite two of their "friends" to live there, even send them food and water, but on one condition; cameras everywhere. As the weeks go by the amount of food becomes less and less. First it's enough for four people, then it becomes barely enough for three, and finally, only enough for two. Occasionally, the food won't get sent so they'll have to ration and do without. During those weeks sometimes the utilities will go out, usually when two of them are doing something, to make it look like the other is responsible, thus increasing an already tense living situation. After a month of this, when one of them is rooting around in the filth looking for food because the groceries weren't delivered that day, they stumble upon an item hidden in one of the food boxes. A nice sharp chef knife.
Then the real show will begin...
