The main problem with their site (apart from Greta and Nina owning it and wanting to administrate it) is there is no water on it, at least as far as I can tell. There was a well saga, if I recall correctly (which may have been at least in part that they couldn't get someone out there to drill for one). So they have to have water shipped out there, which ain't cheap.

Conspiracy theory: Greta wants to sell La Zorra to a coop to use funds towards paying off her TLL debt. She would be able to live there and use other people's money for all of it, and get some funds for TLL. That is just my thought, no hard evidence, but I just have a hard time seeing Greta giving up control of that land for no ulterior motive.

Chloe Stratton and “a few partners” that’s beautiful. Chloe parasitically latches himself to anyone who will have him. He gets kicked out as soon as the host realizes how god awful he is. I'd let them stay there, invite two of their "friends" to live there, even send them food and water, but on one condition; cameras everywhere. As the weeks go by the amount of food becomes less and less. First it's enough for four people, then it becomes barely enough for three, and finally, only enough for two. Occasionally, the food won't get sent so they'll have to ration and do without. During those weeks sometimes the utilities will go out, usually when two of them are doing something, to make it look like the other is responsible, thus increasing an already tense living situation. After a month of this, when one of them is rooting around in the filth looking for food because the groceries weren't delivered that day, they stumble upon an item hidden in one of the food boxes. A nice sharp chef knife.

Then the real show will begin...

Somebody mentioned water earlier... they may have some kind of cistern system? The well was a failure, but I do recall Greta saying "we have water".

Considering that a) they shit in the ground b) they don't look like they shower, they may not need to get it refilled that often.

They also recently posted a pic from the mountains near Malibu, so it does look like they did make the move to LA. Been very tight with info on their new living situation. I do NOT think they mean themselves when they say there are "two trans" living fulltime at La Zorra, but I have no idea who is out there now.
