He's a handsome guy, and from what I've seen of MATI, his voice is nice and he's funny. It guess streaming was invented to emulate the feeling of hanging out with someone or talking to them, so it's way easier for people to convey attractiveness-of-personality. And thus, the simp was born.

Luigi Mangione is really good-looking - he looks even better with the longer hair IMO. A good jawline and thick hair really elevates a man's looks.

Honestly, I think he naturally perfers women, on IG various dirty BPD girls have floated in and out of his life over the years, but he's very flexible, touchy with other guys, but most importantly he's been chasing the music fame monster for 15 years and is willing to do ANYTHING.

Edit: Actually, his blonde-and-white phase happened after this one dirty BPD girl who moved to Paris to escape racist America, didn't shave her armpits, and had a similar habit of taking her cloths off on stage stopped showing up on his IG. He simped for her HARD for more than a year. He had a set of pictures that he deleted where they were doing a show together and she had her top off and he was groping them titties. Just BPD things.
