This is the last and darkest year of the absolute depressing shitshow that has been the last decade. The "Clownworld" arc of the 2010s didn't really start until 2013/2014 so I think it's a natural for this to serve more as the end of a cultural decade than 2020.

Black people, especially in power, are going to start power-leveling their conservatism even more.
California will have cancelled all of it's talented creators, who then go on to fund other avenues. A lot more record labels, a lot of smaller film studios, new video-sharing sites. The big monopolies will still exist, but will find it hard to compete with people actually wanting to watch/listen/read something actually fun.
Capeshit/marvel style blockbusters will go out of fashion due to too many major-budget productions not recouping their advancements. Probably 2025.
People will start trying to bring back the early 2010s'/2000s mentality.
I won't care about half of this shit because I'll be actively improving my life.

End of Decade Predictions:
Facebook and Twitter will be dead or become effectively Myspace.
A large chunk of working class will stop supporting the economy out of spite, finding other ways for income or just completely going off the grid.
Youtube, Twitch and TikTok goes down by 2028. Smaller video sites will already be up and splintered in viewerbase, none becoming as popular as Youtube but at least 3 having a steady audience.
Influx of people moving to conservative/traditionalist countries. So more non-degenerate weeabos actually moving to Japan, decent amount of migration to parts of Europe.
The next generation of americans will not grow up wanting to be special or have larger-than-life goals like becoming a "content creator, influencer, model" but will just want to live a stabile life with fun hobbies. They'll eschew the values and lessons of the boomers and their parents and actually have realistic goals.

Actual Prediction:
The Dimensional Merge fucks shit up and the timeline is retconned.
 
We may not agree on everything, but I do wish everyone a better year than the last and that our favorite cows produce the best milk or the non-dairy equivalent thereof.
 
We'll get blamed for another suicide or something equally as bad.
