Bro had strong opinions about the morality of say, homosexuality.
Confused, dumb, and fucked all explain Chris' moral compass. However, he did have one.
Chris morality seems to orbit around self preservation (which is lacking) and getting away with shit.
He can understand the concept of getting into trouble, mistrust, ect.... but that often fails in the face of doing what he wants.
He lacks fundamental understanding of why something is right or wrong. But rather, if he can get away with something without getting into trouble. So, no I don't think Chris has morality. I think he has a very stunted sense of self preservation and that's about it - lol.

No. Chris knows what right and wrong are. If he truly did not know what he was doing was wrong then he wouldn't have tried lying to null. The real question we should be asking is if chris gives a shit about anything he does.
