Hasan the Socialist gives his 1000 IQ take on working a real job

Peak champagne socialist moment. This bitch spends more time taking a shit from his prolapsed doner kebab ass and actually streaming anything.

There's a reason why if you talk to zoomers and alphas about what they wanna do with their lives they say they want to be influencers. Even their tiktok-microwaved brains can see how fucking easy a useless waste of space like hasanroach here have it.

Whoever still watches and donates to this asshole: I hope you get AIDS, which you probably will since most of his audience are unironic homos and trannies.

In what planet is this bitch living where reddit isn't the most leftist shithole after tumblr?
Also, no way in hell he ever had a "sales" job
Most likely a typical failson job at daddy's company or one of his friends' doing fucking nothing but showing up once in a while.
If you wanted to classify the novel as anything, "Spartan" or just "militaristic" would be a more apt description
Not even that, Heinlein was a libertarian hence the government in ST was completely hands-off and you could do whatever you wanted even if you weren't a citizen.

Meanwhile in real fascism:

Most socialists would agree with that which is no surprise since bald supermario over there used to be a socialist too.
But I wholeheartedly disagree with the movies dog shit ass backwards interpretation of the book though
There was no interpretation it was literally a joke, consider there wasn't even power armor suits which was one of the key innovations from the novel, Heinlein basically created to concept of power armor and everybody has been building on top of that ever since.
though it would probably fail in the real world because those in power would absolutely find a way to circumvent such a system of "service guaranteeing citizenship" AKA voting rights.
I doubt that, some senators nowadays fake military service by getting a position that will never see actual combat but here we're talking about the right to vote. In ST the federal service wasn't strictly military, in fact the book said 95% of participants did the equivalent of civil service today. The point is that you're willing to do something to earn the right to vote so that you don't take it for granted. Don't care? cool, you don't have to vote, you can do anything you want.

The problem with such a system which nobody on the left and the upper class wants to talk about is that it would give a lot of power to the middle and lower classes who are far more used to struggle and sacrifice, like working real jobs instead of bullshit failson stuff like turkroach hasan here.
Seriously built in clipping tools to streaming setups as well as being able to set when you want videos to go live on youtube have made making a living off content creation so easy nowadays.
It makes it easy to be a streamer for sure, but live off that? dunno, I see there's a lot of competition because like I said every kid wants in on this. I seen plenty of desperate tiktokers putting stickers with their handle and QR all over the city, threw a bottle at one of these little fuckers who wanted to stick one on my car. Same with soundcloud rappers and instathots, the whole market seems beyond oversaturated, I recall the OF metrics saying most of the ewhores there make next to no money even if they actually put some effort on it, only like 0.001% actually makes real money. I've heard similar numbers about influencers in general but I could be wrong.
You just need to earn a normal wage.
In all seriousness how many viewers does a streamer need to make $100k a year nowadays? just give me an aprox. number.

i would almost sympathize with streamers if they understood that compared to regular jobs, this is fucking nothing to them. all you have to do is sit there, eat takeout, mumble a few words, talk about how society is crumbling, read donations for a couple of hours. oh no asmon, please tell me about how hard it is while wiping your tears away with $100 bills. if this is some gay attempt at making me feel bad for them, it's not working
The first mistake is being millionaires and whining about their job; money is a contentious issue, especially in today's climate. But when you try to throw a pity party about how hard you have it, when you can afford decadent shit like eating sushi off a naked underage Japanese virgin, the proles who aren't a part of your flock aren't going to buy your sermon. Then you look at what they do that has made them millions of dollars (sitting on their ass at their computer); mechanics who bust their knuckles 10+ hours a day, an air condition repairmen who literally fucking works in constant heat, and even fast food workers who slave away for indignant assholes over a hot grill and deep fryer. You ask those people "Can you sit on your ass, eat snacks, and give your hot takes for $2,000,000 a year?" FUCK YES WE CAN!

Feel like you have to have this mindset to stream like he does.

Confidence is sexy and helps your fanbase feel you must be right, which for someone that does a lot of political commentary is a must.

If he acted with any humility it'd turn off a lot of his fans who would have to question whether the stupid shit he says makes any sense.

Hasan is right. My old man was a garbage man. He'd come home after a 9 hour shift in the scorching heat, having had rancid shit wafting into his face all day from the back of the wagon, remove his foul smelling attire on the back porch, head inside for a shower, collapse into his easy chair with a labored groan of relief, slowly turn his head to me and say, "Son, at least I don't have to play video games for a living."

The most obnoxious thing about streamers and youtubers is that they're all convinced that "anyone would kill to be able to do this for a living", and that they all have this aversion to manual labor jobs, and assume that no one would ever choose to have such a job unless at gunpoint.
I hate all of these people.

I'm sure being a musican, an actor, a ceo, is draining as HELL but aside from those professions actually requiring a semblance of talent/competence in the first place...
Those sorts of people usually acknowledge how lucky and privileged they are to be in that position.

Unlike streamers I guess.
It takes zero talent and they have even less humility and more ego it seems.

How magical for us.

Kill redditors. Behead redditors. Roundhouse kick a redditor into the concrete. Slam dunk a redditor baby into the trashcan. Crucify filthy redditors. Defecate in redditors food. Launch redditors into the sun. Stir fry redditors in a wok. Toss redditors into active volcanoes. Urinate into a redditors gas tank. Judo throw redditors into a wood chipper. Twist redditor heads off. Report redditors to the IRS. Karate chop redditors in half. Curb stomp pregnant redditors.

then he'll go into a rant on how onlyfans is real work

Beat you to it.

Kill redditors. Behead redditors. Roundhouse kick a redditor into the concrete floor of their mother's basement. Slam dunk a redditor that is molesting a baby into the trashcan. Crucify filthy redditors while wearing thick gloves. Defecate in a redditors food. Launch redditors into the sun with heavy lift rockets. Stir fry redditors in a wok. Toss redditors into active volcanoes. Urinate into a /r/carhate mod's gas tank. Get another person to assist with Judo throwing redditors into a wood chipper, using your legs not your back. Twist redditors' heads off. Report reddit camwhores to the IRS. Karate chop redditors in half. Curb stomp pregnant black redditors. Trap redditors in quicksand. Crush redditors in the trash compactor. Liquefy redditors in a vat of acid. Eat redditors. Dissect reddiotrs. Exterminate redditors in the gas chamber. Stomp redditor skulls with steel toed boots. Cremate redditors in the oven. Lobotomize redditors if you can locate their brain. Mandatory abortions for redditors. Grind redditor karma scores in the garbage disposal. Drown redditors in their own forehead grease. Vaporize redditors with a ray gun. Kick old redditors down the stairs. Feed redditors to alligators. Slice redditors with a mall katana.

I know this man was brought in after a motor vehicle accident and his teenage son was DOA due to severe head trauma, but Hasan Abi has a more soul wrenching job than you. You see Hasan is a streamer that in a 12 hour stream leaves for about half an hour or so do do God knows what.

Now, keep that in mind when you tell the woman in the waiting room their son is dead and husband has months of recovery. Don't let the mothers cries on anguish weaken the fact that Hasan's job is more soul draining.

A rare instance where I kinda agree with succesful streamers. Setting aside how soul crushing some jobs can be, streaming is just another one. Many streamer's success depends on giving the audience what it wants. Success then is derived from consistently providing something similar to last time. And that is fine as long as you enjoy providing that. But every streamer will run i to the point where they don't enjoy providing a specific thing and it's a hard to balance to manage.

I remember people saying about Sargon that all he would have to do is talk about news articles and collect the money. But there came a time when he didn't have the passion for it anymore and it killed him to do it.

I remember Rekieta taking the opposite view saying "all you need to do is talk and money comes rolling out" and he forgot that he did need to give his audience what they wanted and is now coping with the decline.

With that said, the biggest fucking mistake is shattering the illusion. Streamers are pagliaci the clown, krusty the clown, they're in showbiz and nobody really cares to know their clown is depressed inside. Don't deal with that on stream. The fact that people don't care about it is one of the reasons why it genuinely can be a draining job. But people tiling, roofing, waiting tables so that they can cool off and watch a stream at night don't want to hear about why their fun hour man thinks he is working a harder job. It doesn't even matter if it's true or false. You're paid for the illusions and entertainment you provide.

While I don't disagree, the difference is that he has a significant safety net. A lot of workers in real jobs don't have that.

Hearing a millionaire whine about how hard it is, and then some dumbass friend of his thinks wagies get paid a grand per day isn't just waterworks - it's a spit in the face. Neither of these guys would survive a week working in a retail job, where the flexibility and pay are thankless.

My last job wasn't as hard as streaming twitch.

>Working cold storage
>Culturally diverse workforce
>Oppressed person of color borrows my cold gear
>Company doesn't provide me with new cold gear
>Have to work 10-12 hour shifts in temperatures as low as -10 degrees in a hoodie and jeans
>Hands get so cold they feel like nails being hammered into my finger tips
>Got Hypothermia several times
>Getting harassed on a daily basis by niggers who don't do their job and take all the credit

But man, I guess being a twitch streamer is harder than that. :story:

Streaming suffers the same problem as any other new fad.
A handful of people with a genuine understanding of what they're doing with an actual creative vision
And the dregs, putting in their 8 hours, going about the motions, following the formula.
Streaming didn't suck the soul out of you, it never existed in the first place.
