Ahhhh i see, sorry to jump to conclusions i was seeing the night media stuff on /pol/ 3 or so years ago and it usually had a different lean.

And yes all these people suck each other's balls behind the scenes, but i'm pretty fimrly in the camp that for most of them (and especially night) they views follow the money rather than the inverse. They cozy up with woke youtubers not because they want to push that message but because they think those youtubers will do well.
