Have you had a near death experience? - Maybe NSFL.

I think at one point. I lost my left pinky finger when I was 2 y.o and I suffered a near-death blood loss without crying, only panicking and screaming as I tried to soak up the blood toddler me was losing until my family send me to the hospital for a botched pinky finger surgery and replacement. The flesh of the wound of my pinky finger was numbed with meds whilst stitching up a replacement one. It fucking stings and I tried my hardest not to scratch the flesh whilst it was recovering. Nowadays my pinky was like it came from a kid.

Another one was when I almost have my back bones fractured when I was also a kid, as well as motorcycle accidents that lead me to having multiple injuries on the knees and feet, as well as decades ago when I broke my leg from a collision with an another motor which requires a year of me trying to walk whilst having two walking sticks helping my slowly recovering left leg. I almost died at one point, but miraculously survived for some reason whilst having moderate to heavy blood loss from an another motor collision. Still walking and functioning normally after those decades of me following the laws whilst collided with a reckless cyclist. I never have any car crashes, truck crashes, but motorcycle accidents instead. A close call back then.

I chugged an extra large bottle of tussin' raw before watching grave of the fire flies. By the time the air raid sirens were going off in the movie I had massive shits and was projectile vomiting into the bathtub while shitting. I then got up to clean myself got dizzy and almost drowned in my own shit all in a discord server group street on video

Narrow escape from a massive falling tree that randomly started to fail with me sitting underneath. If it would have hit me, it would have punched my body 3ft into the ground. Again, the voice told me to run.
IDK, near death experiences I can't explain. Something is real to it all. I'm alive because of it.

When I was seven I got pneumonia and had to be rushed to the hospital where I spent seven days. And I just realised this was in 1987. I literally never saw the three sevens before. Weird. I guess that makes me super lucky because I didn't die. My mom later told me that had I not went to the hospital that night I would have died. They even had a priest visit me.

Apparently I was so delirious they had to strap me down to get the IV in because I tried to leave the hospital. My mom said I walked to the elevator. I don't even remember that. But I've had some respiratory problems ever since. Off and on nebulizer treatments until I was about 11. And I've gotten pneumonia many times after. I even cracked a rib from coughing so much. I've been coughing now since September due to a bad infection that took forever to clear up. I think maybe I should get tested for asthma. Maybe an inhaler might help. I cough more than I even notice. People say I cough a lot. I guess I've gone cough blind.:\

And three years ago I randomly decided to go leave for physical therapy an hour early so I could get something to eat. I saw the news later that day that on the street I normally walked down at the same time I normally would have left a man shot his girlfriend in the head during an argument. Who knows what would have happened if I had been there. I could have been hit by a stray bullet or the guy could have shot me because I was a witness. They did catch the guy later.

Not related to me, but later that night a teen girl a few blocks away from the house I lived in at the time was also shot in the head and killed by her boyfriend. I know it's a bad neighborhood and all. But it was just all really unsettling.

I don't normally like to talk about this but why not. Won't powerlevel too much but I had this delivery gig back in the day when I lived in Nevada. I was doing my job minding my own business and I got jumped by these two junkies who tied me up and dragged me off to some fucking water tower in the middle of nowhere.

I thought I was gonna get gang raped or some shit they were fucking nasty people one of them had this super gelled up ginger mohawk but what really fucked me up was the suit guy. He's all like "sorry you got twisted up in this scene" pulls a gun out and shoots me right in the head. Woke up maybe a week later in this hillbilly hospital, still don't know how I survived that shit, the doctor basically had to reconstruct my face from scratch and put me through all these psych tests. He was super chill though, gave me his old Pip Boy and didn't object when I took his laser pistol.

Nope, and that's a good thing to me. If I ever have one, I hope it's not the creepy typical Western kind where there's that being of "pure unconditional love" that really wants something from me. Nor the typical Indian one where there's some kind of bureaucracy, and some office worker says there was a clerical error. Nor a Thai one where one can get tormented by Yamatoots. Nor any other BS experience. I like to think that NDEs are merely visions or hallucinations, whether or not there's really an afterlife.

Also, Gnostic-y lore says that light at the end of the tunnel crap is a trap: to sucker people to "reincarnate", so a lesser evil god can feed off of suffering. Supposedly, the way out is to ask the true God when out-of-body after death to be freed from the physical.

There's a scene of a Voyager episode which adapted that one Gnostic belief. That belief being that the tunnel with a light at the end -- as seen in "near death experiences" -- is a trap to trick people into reincarnating, so evil entities can feed on their suffering.

Most of my near death experiences are because I was driving with not enough sleep.
I have been on the other end of near death experiences a couple times:
The first is when I was probably around 10 at a fair playing at a crossbow shooting gallery, I took aim and was ready to fire and then the carnie manning the booth decided to walk in front of the line of fire and the only thing that saved him was my smooth brain that was too slow to pull the trigger.
The most haunting to me was when I was an amberlamps attendant, a little girl was the patient. She had the beetus and the mom was a hippy that made no effort to control it. It was in a rural area, usually a 90 minute drive from the hospital. When I tested her, her glucose was so off the charts that the glucometer thought it was an error. We rushed her to the hospital as fast as we could, thanks to my partner's slick driving it was under an hour. She stopped breathing partway into the drive, and I had to bag her with a BVM, luckily after the first puff she jumped awake and was conscious the rest of the drive, but I was shitting myself the entire time. She ended up in the hospital for a couple weeks and as far as I know she is totally fine.

Was driving in the dead of night, downtown in a major city, having a heated argument with a buddy. Pulled into an alley to turn around and the back windshield made these otherworldly sounds, like angels or fairies singing, it was beautiful and strange. I felt heat? A little shot of warm air? Bullet passed an inch or so from my right ear, and out the front window.

We forgot the argument and carefully pulled out and drove away. No pursuit. I do not believe it was a stray.

Somewhere on this site is the story of me and my bff Maria being so retarded that we wound up in a ‘Stand By Me’ moment on a railroad trellis (sp?). Utterly harrowing, wouldn’t change a thing.

Yes, when I was about 12-14, can't remember exactly.
I didn't know how to swim and me and my father went sailing on a lake in a rubber inflatable boat. One of my friends at the time was sailing on another boat.
We started splashing on each other, I got too distracted and went overboard.
I remember I didn't struggle, I was shocked or mesmerized, like in some trans. I distinctly remember going down adn hitting the bottom. For some reason it was very smooth and hard, despite the bed of that lake being covered in silt. I've opened my eyes under water and looked around. Next thing I remember is my father pulling me up by the collar. I guess I might have been dead if he didn't.

I've had a couple of close scrapes over the years.

The big one was getting T-boned in an intersection by a Kenworth dump truck. I was driving a Toyota Camry. The impact hit square on the passenger side. I have no memory of the accident, so it really got my attention when later on I was shown pictures of what was left of the car I was driving. Had the impact been on the driver's side, I'd have been killed. I was lucky to get away with a nasty concussion, a dozen or so broken bones, and some superficial cuts/lacerations.

I'm extra cautious when approaching an intersection to this day.

When I got my first motorcycle I was going 70mph down a backroad and came within a foot of slamming into a deer. If the fucker had stopped in the road I'd be dead.
