That would make for some unique Twitter drama, plus, I can hardly stop myself from chuckling to the thought of Alastor saying "Remember kids, Jesus loves you" and Angel Dust lecturing people on the evils of drugs.
That would be strangely cute and fun for an episode. Maybe a dream Charlie has that she dismisses as ridiculous at first or something."And now it's time for silly songs with Alastor, the part of the show where Alastor comes out and sings....a silly song".
I don't care much for HB, but isn't this amount of characters a bit excessive for a series that has just begun?Ladies and gentlemen of the Farms, we have yet ANOTHER new character coming to Helluva Boss, and Stolas' father, Paimon!
Trust me, compared to what Viv's done before, this is downright restrained. That's one thing I will give her credit for - she's learned to keep the amount of characters we have to keep track of manageable, focus on said characters without bouncing around all over the place, and give them proper development. Of course, this might change going forward, but still, kudos on fixing those things, Viv.I don't care much for HB, but isn't this amount of characters a bit excessive for a series that has just begun?
And Another character named Paimon to confuse people.Ladies and gentlemen of the Farms, we have yet ANOTHER new character coming to Helluva Boss, and Stolas' father, Paimon!

Probably legal bullshit.Hold on, did I miss part 2 of the season finale? Why would we get a release date for season 2 before season 1 is even done?
It's the Die Young video that Vivzie made when she was in her Zoophobia phase.Probably legal bullshit.
Who looks like an unmolested recolor of a hollow knight bossLadies and gentlemen of the Farms, we have yet ANOTHER new character coming to Helluva Boss, and Stolas' father, Paimon!

Well damn, I would've loved to see that.wanted Weird Al to voice Fizzaroli but was rejected
>I distinctly remember Viv mentioning that is was supposedly utter hell to work with Dana Terrace on The Owl HouseAn ex-crew member of Helluva Boss has come out claiming that the treatment of her and the crew was so poor that she quit and has abandoned the animation industry entirely, saying that Vivzie is an “awful human being”.

TL;DR:
- Spindlehorse was toxic
- Viv demanded unreasonably tight deadlines and generally treated them poorly if they were not a favorite, doesn’t care about their wellbeing or providing a healthy work environment
-expects the quality of a fully-fledged studio while providing none of the benefits or pay
-It was frowned upon to talk positively about other shows/indie projects or work for them
-Viv had the crew watch Villainous and shit on it
-Erin’s main catalyst for quitting was an incident with Viv’s second-in-command Sam Miller who was also abusive
-Viv allegedly threatens others to not hire her crew
- Speculates Viv dumps most of the budget on big-name voice talent, wanted Weird Al to voice Fizzaroli but was rejected
The other stuff I can buy - animation showrunners in general are always trying to land expensive celebrity voice talent, and the tight deadlines combined with a small paycheck/lack of benefits is unsurprising - but this point has me scratching my head.-Viv allegedly threatens others to not hire her crew
To play devil's advocate (heh-heh): she is partnered with A24 now. Maybe her word carries more weight now because of that? Plus there could be NDAs preventing employees from speaking out.The other stuff I can buy - animation showrunners in general are always trying to land expensive celebrity voice talent, and the tight deadlines combined with a small paycheck/lack of benefits is unsurprising - but this point has me scratching my head.
Who were these prospective employers that were allegedly being threatened to not hire former Spindlehorse employees? Other indie projects? Studios? How does one go about “threatening” someone not to hire someone else and not have it get mentioned by one of these aforementioned employers? Why would anyone listen to her? She’s popular, but “successfully strong arm people into not hiring artists that don’t work for her anymore” popular? Wouldn’t at least one animator want to tweet “hey look at this weird message I got from Vivz” if that was the case?
Perhaps, but does having a contract with A24 really give you enough clout to threaten people not affiliated with A24 or her projects? Especially when we aren’t given any idea on what the scope of these other projects could be? Hell, it sounds like Vivz stopped communicating with Spindlehorse animators directly because of the A24 stuff, so where would she find the time or energy to care about what people do once they leave, much less monitor who they hope to work for next so she can threaten them?To play devil's advocate (heh-heh): she is partnered with A24 now. You do bring up some good points. I guess we'll see in due time, if Viv ever responds to this (if she were smart, she wouldn't, or, if this disgruntled ex-employee is lying, just do a quick "what? No. Literally everything you said is untrue, here's why, have a nice life", but this is Viv we're talking about here.)Perhaps, but does having a contract with A24 really give you enough clout to threaten people not affiliated with A24 or her projects? And I wasn’t talking about the former Vivz employees speaking out, I meant the people trying to hire them who’d be on the receiving end of these alleged threats. Any threats they receive would likely be impotent, and most like lulzy, so why would they decide not to screenshot or mention such messages if they did receive them?
Holy Christ what a bitch she demanded people actually do their job. Sorry about your lack of "spoons" bitch. I have no doubt she can be a turbo-bitch if she wants to be but that's part of running a show. You have to get a bunch of people to do things, and some of them, they won't want to, so if you want to get the project across the finish line, maybe you have to crack the whip a bit.An ex-crew member of Helluva Boss has come out claiming that the treatment of her and the crew was so poor that she quit and has abandoned the animation industry entirely, saying that Vivzie is an “awful human being”.

I mean, I know this forum's entire purpose is internet drama and all, but in this case. I was really looking forward to more lurid accusations, instead of just whining that work is hard.I mean, I know this forum's entire purpose is internet drama and all, but in this case. Does anybody else just kinda... not give a shit?
This artist said on their tumblr they may have other former coworkers share their experiences, but they also said they don’t have any interest in making a huge deal about it and cancelling vivzie. Maybe her coworkers will have more interesting experiences but I’m going to assume most of their gripes will be about having a shit working environment and tight deadlines (or lack thereof, supposedly)I was really looking forward to more lurid accusations, instead of just whining that work is hard.
