Remember when Regular Show introduced that goat character? How it was so obvious there wasn’t supposed to be a twist involving him being a Russian spy and it was just thrown in at the last minute? Regular Show is obviously great, but I think we can all agree that decision was unnecessary and stupid.

Well, that’s how I feel about Vaggie. Let’s be real: Viv never intended for her to be a fallen angel. She was just some Hispanic girl who died in 2014 in her 20s, and that’s it. Genius decision, Viv.

I wonder if this decision was to leave the relationship unbroken since Vaggie being a sinner so close to Charlie and with apparently less baggage among the residents, with the crew saying that her biggest problem is anger management and implying that she died of suicide , she didn't have much to improve or go to redeem herself.

her revelation is a nothing burger, she didn't do anything that Alastor doesn't already do even worse, and her trying to survive in Hell and her meeting and subsequent relationship with Charlie doesn't have room to breathe, it was less than a minute and I doubt it which will be less rushed in episode 7.

the character is so empty that not even a twist, which is actually the first theory about Vaggie that the fandom had, doesn't save it

I haven't seen anyone complain about this, but I don't like how Lute and the exterminators can just remove their helmets, nor how some of them have distinctive horns.
I feel like they could have ran with how identical and robotic the angels look, like they're only seen as disposable armies to cull the herds and would be demons anywhere else, to the point that sparing even a single child is grounds to maim one and leave it for dead like a broken down machine.
(Also, "exterminator" is a way better name than fucking "exorcist", no matter how edgy, because who the fuck are they exorcising? They're just killing folk, that's not an exorcism)

Since nobody has pointed it out yet, the thing that confirmed for so many people that this twist was coming also spoils another plot point, Vaggie is going to get her wings back. Not sure if she managed to regenerate them or if it's going to be how Emily 'helps' them.

It's all going to be resolved in five minutes tops, I could buy Charlie managing to forgive Vaggie quickly and only being mad about the lying, but the others (AKA the Sinners who are the targets of the exterminations) should be freaked the fuck out they've been living under the same roof of one of the things that genocide them for almost half a year and not trust Vaggie at all. But that will also be glossed over, and Husk will probably reveal that he knew that Vaggie was an Exorcist for months for the sake of another 'Bartender knows everything' joke.

So, Angel Dust's sister, Molly, can be seen in heaven in one of the episodes, and her design along with a bunch of others' just raises so many questions.
Do you still turn into a furry/monster/thing even when you go to heaven in this universe? I thought the reason there were so many anthros in hell was because that's where furfags deserve to go they were turned into that as punishment, and the reason that some of the cherubs in HB were anthros too is because they were never human to begin with, and were just supposed to be uwu cutesy things in general.

Now? I have no idea what the fuck is going on.

The cat is out of the bag and its now clear that the reason Vizzie draws them that way is because she is a furfag that works better with more "monster-ish" designs instead of something more grounded.
Why are some randos on a gossip forum coming up with better ideas in random off the cuff comments than multiple writers working for the largest corporation on the planet with the benefit of having 4 years to refine their plots?

Because there are many creative minds out there that never make it big due to a combination of personal reasons (lack of time, personal insecurities, dont know where to start, who to trust, etc) and lack of connections. Vizzie is rich and her family has connections so they were able to hook her up with an animation team and budget.
Oh it is. Both Viv and the staff member who storyboarded that episode, Raphielle, have a rape kink and ship Angel with Valentino. Some dialogue from the episode was even taken from a Valentino x Angel rape comic said staff member drew.

If that weren't bad enough for you: Raphielle is also a FTM tranny who changed their name to Tony, cosplays as Angel (they recently uploaded a picture to their Instagram of them being held and seemingly kissed a Valentino cosplayer), and does sex work, basically kinning him.

I cant believe Im gonna say this but these people make me miss Bronies...

AT LEAST BRONIES WERE FUNNY TO LAUGH AT. This is just fucking gross and creepy.

Now that the season is almost over I've gotten around watching the first two episodes and they were okay, and I am firmly in the "musicals are gay;still like Metalocalypse tho" camp. Don't know to feel about the everyone-is-an-asshole part though. You'd think the father of mankind would feel anything for his wayward descendants and would welcome the chance to redeem at least some of them, but no, he can't wait to murder all of them once a year. No wonder Lilith nope'd the fuck out. Any other angel could have filled Adam's role and I'd have no issues with it, but as it stands so far it's kinda gay.

So where exactly would HH go once "the big battle with Adam/Heaven" concludes? Would it still be trying to get sinners to repent into Heaven then or would they cause so much damage to Heaven that they just fucked everyone in the end?

I know they won't do this, but Adam turning out to be incredibly handsome behind that mask, would be amusing. The audience doesn't get to see his face, only as a shine of light.
Also, where are the egg minions? Haven't seen them in over one episode and that's one episode too many. Only as Charlie's contacts directly below her father:

Still love Sir Pentious, I want to see him do well in the hotel (But not leave too soon).

I know pilot episodes tend to be vastly different from the final result. But here, the characters’ voices, designs, and behaviors are far too different. It is therefore my opinion that the Hazbin Hotel pilot actually takes place in a completely different universe, as dumb as it probably sounds.

The angels also look even more demonic then the actual demons. It's just more of the totally inconsistent themes of the story and art designs. Ffs, in the first 5 minutes vivzie says Hell was created to contain all the evil and shit, so Lucifer would only know of the bad he created and not the good.

but all the Good is apparently clockwork dolls that look like Other Mother rip offs from Coraline. Heaven seems like a pretty scary and dark place compared to hell. But this fundamentally breaks the entire set up of how this Universe is supposed to work.

It's almost like Vivienne had a whole bunch of interesting designs for characters and no idea how to actually write a story. Oh wait...that's exactly what it is.

PredictPrediction for eve if she ever appears in hh.

Essentially the trad wife Adam wanted lillith to be. Quiet subservient, always on beck and call to bring him a beer and or sandwich. He'll maybe even wears a veil and is shocked charlie let's men see her hair let alone her face.

And of course it'll be up to charlie to "re-educate eve to be more than just the first "good" woman.

Yeah sure mango milkshake. Whatever comforts you till you're inevitability old and barren.

The "Rehabilitating Sinners" premise is very close to being a moot point now that it's been made abundantly clear that Heaven doesn't want them.

Are we pretending this isn't a frustrating fetish cartoon with some really solid craft?

Well, okay so, I'm loathe to throw this out but there's two problems.

1. the issue with rehabilitation without grappling with sin. What is sin? Why is sin bad? It's just, deciding you don't want to be a complete slime bag is both a really low bar defining sin, without even getting into the heavier issue....

2. Is any of this real change? I mean, does the fact you're sad when you're being punished make up for being a rape crazed canibal? Yes, being in hell sucks. So let's assume sin is simply the crazy low bar of not being complete garbage. Is a change brought about by coercion really change? Let's say you weren't in hell, are any of these sickos going to change?

-Exterminations come to a stop (Most of Heaven's leadership somehow not knowing about them when they've been going on for god knows how long is stupid but it easily allows them to stop) and allows Charlie's plan to continue, with the reveal that Pentious got redeemed instead of killed (Angels don't control who gets into Heaven anyways and he's easily one of the best characters in the show so it's braindead to kill him off so early)

-Stakes are low throughout the entire season, allowing the focus to be on slice-of-life moments, backstories, and other important aspects of character development, this should have been the case for season 1 so it's time to course correct. Main antagonists are the Vees and Lute (Her VA confirmed she's returning)

-The season ends with the big (stupid) reveal that Rosie is in fact Lilith and Eve has been impersonating her for who knows how long.
