To be fair you kinda walked into that one yourself expecting it to be not bad. any harley quinn post batman TAS has been the patient zero for the quirky edgelord girlboss trope.

It was mentioned that Nifty is going to have her own song this season. And Nifty is a Japanese American. So by putting all the clues together we got Nifty's song being animated like an anime.

Edit: Found anything picture. This is definitely Nifty's song.

I miss pilot Niffty, who was sort of making fun of the whole 50s housewife, now she's just 'haha she's funny because she's crazy'. Also the funny thing is Niffty is only Japanese because her Pilot VA could speak it and had fun with the idea in the streams they had, of course I don't need to say what happened to every single pilot VA afterwards.

It's kind of how like Husk was going to be multilingual because Mick Lauer (Pilot VA) was fluent in Mandarin. Don't know if that will be kept in the actual show.

Hm... Viv, if your characters were going to be straight-up inspired by their original VAs when you supposedly planned to replace them with Broadway talent, maybe it would've better (and cheaper) to keep on the VAs you have and not risk burning any bridges.

Geez, I sound like @Vyse Inglebard right now.

The tweet doesn't make it clear which leaker got arrested; from what I know, the original hackers are from Russia, then the guy who's been begging for money in exchange for actually posting the leaks on Telegram is a filthy T*rk. Chances are, he's just been used as a patsy by the Russians.

Old but interesting: Roaming Trend, the weeb/furry YouTuber that did that excellent critique of Hazbin Hotel with his "7 Deadly Sins of Modern Writing" video had a video from last month that again looked at/critiqued HH, but this time in comparison to another indie animation project.
