I guess he’s talking about his dick. By the way, “Sallie May Doesn’t Count” - I agree.

It's regarding a phrase he said in S1:E5 (Harvest Moon Festival). Still stupid, though. Cramming in literal quotes and calling it merchandise. Blegh. Rarely do quotes in merch look good.

The merch in general are just tongue-in-cheek references to certain episodes. Nothing creative, nothing new. Nothing that actually stands out. Just look at a memorable scene people use for their stupid tenor GIFs, slap $20-40 on it and call it a day. You just know they're like, "Our paypigs—I mean, our loyal, unbiased fanbase—will buy it no matter what. They're already gonna pre-order our pride merchandise, so why stop? Keep feeding them low quality screenshots turned into merch and sell it at a high price with high shipping costs! Just what we needed!".

Wait, didn't Pentious ascend to heaven because of his love for a woman? Does this mean you get into heaven when you stop being gay?

"What did Viv mean by this?" counter goes up by 1.

@Whatevermancer sent me this, but refused to share it here after I asked him to. Not sure whether this is a real thing and how old it is, but I chuckled anyway.

On one hand, this feels like hardcore bait. On the other hand, don't underestimate those Christians who think everything mildly "non christian" as something super satanic that's gonna turn Johnny into a cannibalist or something. Though, they're a bit on the money regarding the whole "making people worship the devil and have a very skewed understanding of actual Hell yada yada yada 'hh/hb fans when they go to hell and feel the force of gnashing teeth instead of having gay sex with the super queer and quirky furries' meme or whatever" sort of assumption.

I feel this is quite old, though. Probably was made when the show was still new or starting to gain attention outside the target audience.

Lute as well, especially with Adam out of the picture. Based on the leaks, they're going to make her overly maniacal with her quest for vengeance, so not only we the audience can root for the characters to take her out, but to further cement how "enlighten" Sera has become.
They'll flanderise - and worse, humiliate - the only damn good character left in the series. The actual person who should be fucking cracking skulls and smashing everyone up. Sad!

It has to be some bait, to mock the Q public.

I'll just quote my previous response to this:
Isn't it interesting how those three characters are written so overly the top evil, so we as the audience can't sympathize or agree with them in anyway?
Except even before this went over the top, I was already sympathizing with Stella. Even early on, Stolas had done so much narcissistic bullshit that I thought Stella had totally comprehensible reasons for hating his guts. That's before Vivz even just retconned it so she always just hated him literally for no reason, even though he was in the same awful forced marriage situation.

I think it would have been a more complex and intelligent plot design to have them have a falling out not because they were in a loveless royal marriage, but because Stella preferred propriety and keeping up appearances and Stolas was a flamboyant imp-fucker and was embarrassing her.

In my initial view, her problem wasn't that he was fucking other people, even peasants like imps, but that he was making a mockery of her and her social position instead of keeping it on the down-low, you know, like actual royalty did back in the day.

That would require a little complexity, though, and there's nothing like a little complexity to get in the way of a fujoshit schlicking to her delectable gayboys.

I do find it funny that the more Viv tries to get us to hate Stella, the more sympathetic she becomes. She has no status or power to her own name; it all comes from the men in her life. Even her own daughter has got more worth than she does.

There was actually a point in time when I did also have sympathy for Stolas. Back in the first season, when I thought he was this ancient being that is over a millenia. The song he sung to Octavia when she was little made it sound that way, and that he knew he was going to die soon. So him getting into a fling with an imp makes sense, because he doesn't really care. He's already done it all. But then he slowly starts to see the consequences of his actions. How they not affect only him, but other people as well. As the end of the first season, you think he's going to start taking responsibility.

But then when season 2 comes out, it's actually none of his fault. Him cheating on Stella? Well, that's her fault for being such a big meanie to him in this arranged marriage that his father forced upon him. The deal he made with Blitzø for the grimoire? Well, that's because this is his "childhood friend" that he feel in love with at first sight. And Blitzø was the one to initiate sex first so, it's really his fault for leading Stolas on. Stolas not being there for his daughter? Well, I'm sure they'll find someone to blame that's not Stolas. Besides, Stolas has been such a good father up until recently. It's not like Octavia's entire is crumbling around her because of what Stolas did...

And even when he took responsibility for something he did in Mastermind, it was on something that he actually didn't do. It was all a big dumb lie that Andrealphus came up with, and Stolas just came in and said "Yep, that was all me. I'm the mastermind" even though that didn't make any sense. And everyone believed that because they're stupid and don't care.

I believe there is a Voxtagram post that predated Murder Family (as it incorporated Stella's pilot design), that alluded to that proposed plot line. Stolas and Stella were out having tea, with Stella squeezing Stolas' hand while smiling, and Stolas' text was along the lines of "Having a lovely afternoon with my wife" despite appearing to have a disgruntled face. This gave off the impression that the conflict in their relationship is Stella wanting to keep up with her royal appearances, where as Stolas wanting a more lax lifestyle, doing his little fling with his imp, even if it means potentially jeapordizing their reputation.

Of course, that would require making Stolas more accountable with his actions, but we can't have that now, can we?

That definitely seemed to be the case for the first season. While I do think that Stella was upset that Stolas did cheat on her (hence her anger towards Stolas for sleeping with someone in their bed, and calling him a cheating prick), the fact that he cheated on her with an imp and he was so open about it really pushed her over the edge. Stolas really didn't care about keeping up appearances, while Stella did. You can see it even with how they present themselves. Stolas will wear his bathroom and lounge wear when he is at home, but Stella is always in her regal dress. Perhaps that's because for her entire life she was taught to always look her best no matter what; and we can kind of seeing that being confirmed since the only thing she is ever being complimented for, even by her own brother, is how attractive she looks.

I've mentioned this was back before, but I also assumed that Stella was the one to make public appearances and throw events, while Stolas did most of his duties at home. This could explain why Octavia is so attached to Stolas. Not saying that Stella didn't spend time with her daughter. We have the pictures to prove that wasn't the case. Especially with the one with Loo Loo Land, as that was a ripoff of another theme park, and was meant for the lower class citizens like imps to go to. You can't convince that the classist Stella would want to go to such a place; and have her picture taken there willingly because that would definitely make her look bad on her status. The only reason why I think she would do something like that is because it made her daughter happy. And she was willing to make that sacrifice for the sake of her daughter.

Again, most of this is just theories, but you can't blame people coming to this conclusion. Especially since Viv herself said way back that the whole situation wasn't black and white.

Its time for another REDO, this time its a double and this is two of the V's.

Vox and Valentino.

I really don't like them, their original designs are really irritating. Too much red, so much wasted potential much like most of Vivs designs, similar body types, and confusing motifs. I already added some lore already to the AngelDust design.

I don't really like how they were written as they are just sympathy sinks for the protagonists, nothing for personality or motives other than EVIL. Vox however is more bland as he has nothing going for him other than being Alastors obsessed fanboy. So its time for the rewrite.

Old

Valentinos moth design annoys me of how it wraps around his body it doesn't make much sense.

Valentino isnt based on a specific moth which makes it confusing as he just looks like a purple bald monster.

Vox is a cult member but nothing is added to make him look like one (symbols and such)

Valentinos past life isn't established.

Body types are the same.

Neither are menacing or threatening. Nothing really demon like to me

Vox's electricity and such isn't pushed, same as Valentinos moth features.

New

Vox is a smaller build and floats around, and has AUX (like his name) cords on the end of his suit. Plugs and rabbit ears to play with him being a TV demon.

Vox's face would be live action/ or he would communicate with ads and TV shows to make him uncanny adding something special to him. (He would talk kind of like the Master from Fallout where there are alot of different voices)

His gloves and pin are of his cult symbol.

He still has hypnotic powers which he uses with his staff to steal energy from other demons.

Valentino is a Decorated Beauty (Mexican moth adding to his heritage) and he alot more patterns and a different color scheme.

He has big fluffy arms and feet like a moth. Moth feet that look like heels.

His face is a fusion of a gas mask (his old life) which look similar to a moths face. He smokes his cigarette which permeates out of the gas masks nose. And his eyes are shapes like hearts and his pupils glow in the dark. He is attracted to Vox's screens and the light he radiates.

Played with their proportions.

Story

Valentino is his past life worked with the Mafia, he was a chemist. He would get rid of the bodies (acid) and make drugs for the Mafia his specialty was PCP.

His hobby was collecting bugs.

Eventually they get rid of him trying to pin the blame on Valentino. They put him in a room and gassed him to death.

He comes back weak and gets mugged by Anthony in hell. Wanting money for drugs. He then promises hes useful to him alive as he use to make drugs. He introduces him to his specialty Angel Dust. Which eventually becomes his name because of how addicted he gets.

They become a crime duo, and they rise. Valentino already knowing how the mafia works is able to adapt to this lifestyle. He is Angels first male partner, and this makes AngelDust dependent as its his first.

Vox recognizes Valentinos power rising and wants in on it. Meeting up he strikes a deal with him to become an overlord together.

Valentino betrays AngelDust and makes him his property.

The gas coming out of his mask is a drug as well as his saliva (how he died/ what his profession was)

Still uses chemistry to make his stuff more powerful.

Vox in his past life was a cult leader who had his own TV show (when TV became popular) he targeted children with his colorful TV show. Where he was a Willy Wonka/ Pewee character.

When parents put their kids in front of the TV he would brainwashed them. He eventually lures the kids out of towns through the show, Pied Piper style.

He uses these kids to lure in more kids as they are more vulnerable.

He sells children off to other countries, pedophile rings, blackmarket whichever. He knows that its a way for him to capitalize off degenerates with large pockets.

Parents eventually find him and inact justice. They beat him till hes unrecognizable, throwing him barely alive in the ocean where he drowns eventually getting eaten by sharks.

His new form is reminises of a cartoon character children would watch. But he lacks his own face/identity. He can't stay physical for too long and lives through electricity and soul energy.

Valentino is attracted to him (power wise and sexually) Vox exploits his weaknesses and doesn’t see him in this way so he strings him along. With pornagraphy, drugs, and all of his vices.

Vox chooses him because he realizes how easy he is to manipulate with his light. And is a valuable pawn.

Vox is the head of the V's.

Vox's rivalry is out of rejection. As he wanted Alastor because of him being a physical demon, and that with both of them controlling the airwaves/ press. He is jealous that Alastor has an actual body while he does not.

Is still a control freak hence why he is obsessed with keeping all eyes on him.

Vox is an unfeeling being who uses only logic to think.

As always.

Yoooo I was wondering if there's like refs for the designs in a character sheet. I'd die to have some (is it okay to use the designs in a rewrite? My friend's interested.)

So far this is my only one, I make super messy sketches of different designs before I make a single solid design. This is the only ones I have as a finalized design, sofeel free to tweak, add anything, or see what you come up with in the interpretation. Go nuts!

Of course go ahead, I'd like to see what you come up with.

Vox and Valentino.
Amazing fucking job. Vox looks like an actual creep and someone who could have done damage. Much like Valentino, a drugrunner (more like drug maker). Amazing job!

Think of Jim Jones and Jonestown, only for paedophiles. Nice insertion of the "boylover" symbols too.

Vengeance against the literal demons and evil humans who've killed God's servants. Yeah, I'm sense another Stella situation here.

Thats amazing because whatever you put out makes me happy, also do you think you can sent the redesigns you did in a spoiler.
