Helldivers 2 - Hell is more diverse than ever as PlayStation's demographics continue to grow and change.

The Ultimatum and Hellbomb backpack are God-tier, and the chad mask with hoodie is the second best helmet so far. You're tripping, diver.
The hellbomb backpack sounds like 500kg that I can't easily aim and the Ultimatum gets rid of my senator which is a non starter. The mask is also ugly and doesn't fit any of the sci fi armors because it makes you look like some ancient cavalryman. If you're gonna put a conceal carry Davey Crockett in the game let me dress myself like Colonel Volgin instead of a companion cavalryman of some ancient king.

Everything within 25m radius dies. That's not an overstatement, it one-shots everything strictly within a 25m radius. It's not uncommon to get 60+ kills in one explosion with one. Or kill 2 factory striders or bile titans with one. Just run in, drop it, turn around and run off. Also- can't easily aim? I'm sorry? You literally walk to and drop it exactly where you want it. How the fuck is that not the most precise and simple way to aim anything?? Even if you die on the way there as long as you armed it its going to hit pretty much what you wanted it to.
Ultimatum gets rid of my senator
Trade a secondary for the ability to destroy bot buildings with no hassle. No different than trading conventional grenades for dedicated anti tank with thermite.
Oh and let's not even mention the double edged sickle. Dude stop whining about toys you haven't unlocked yet and go farm SC lmao

Or just bring a Portable Hellbomb, and your Senator.

Seriously, the Hellbomb is great for just removing objectives, plus you can still stick with the fucking hand cannon. I almost always run a Hellbomb on bots now, because it makes the objectives piss easy. Stratagem Jammer? Who cares, call the bomb outside its range, run it in, and boom, the thing is gone without even having to mess with the terminal.

And setting off a nuke is fun.

Speaking of strat jammers that's why I bring the ultimatum anyway. Clears fabricators and jammers with ease. Plus if you have a heavy after you and have nothing else it makes a good "fuck you, goodbye" in lieu of a hellbomb.

The hellbomb makes for pure comedy, a few nights ago we were getting swarmed by factory striders and hulks and this nigga just messages "you stay, I go" and runs into the mob to self detonate after we had already boarded.

King Baldwin IV larpers stay winning. Fuck bots and bugs and squids, give me space Saracens and let me put "Lazarus" in my ship name.

Knockoff Fremen that have laser cannons which cause a hellbomb detonation if they hit a shield. Both on the shield and from the point of fire. That would be very silly.

I still maintain that if they add a fourth faction it's going to be genetically modified furry rebels.

A human rebel faction with inferior tech that make up for it in stealth and guerilla tactics maybe.

Our extraction ships can blare Fortunate Son while we're at it.

Anyone got any loadout recs against the bugs, terminators, and ayys, or point me in the direction of said recs? Currently lv10.

At that level, just focus on having fun and trying out everything you unlock. You’ll get an idea pretty quickly about what sucks and what’s awesome. When you start into the higher levels you can use what you learned to choose the right load out.

Eravin on YouTube also does some good breakdowns and tier lists that might help.

Get the Expendable Anti Tank and Machine Gun strats asap and then do terminid kill missions until you level up and get enough to get better strats. It's that easy. Once you start building up you gain more skill and can use any load out, but get the shield backpack asap and some eagle strats. But the bug elimination missions run quick and a machine gun and an EAT will reliably kill anything you run into up to about Tier 6 dives when you see more bile titans and chargers.

If you get the servants of freedom warbond get the las 16 double edge, wait a few days and use super creds to get a fireproof armor, and you will shred through light medium and heavy enemies alike.

Bots: either go recoiless rifle to kill the shit out of heavies from range or go railgun/rocket turret/supply pack/ thermite grenade to kill the shit out of medium enemies while being able to take out heavies with jihadi energy. With the squids I like to go gas strike (because it can take out landed UFOs)/guard-dog/MG. And for the bugs I like bringing the the scorcher with supply pack with the MG/gas strike/mg turret as backup.
Killing stuff more directly not only decreases your chance of friendly fire, it also makes you a better shooter.

That said, do not miss an opportunity to show your fellow helldivers the superiority of the Eagle Strafing Run

Most weapons can be viable against every faction, only a few weapons are specifically good against one faction. The biggest thing is to know your enemy. Experiment, try new things, shoot different spots. There are a lot of ways to skin a devastator and that applies to every enemy in the game. Know where to shoot, and you can be a one man army with almost any weapon. Devastator heads are very fragile, marksman rifles even kill them in one shot. Heavy devastator's gun-arms aren't protected by their shield. Legs are rather fragile across all enemies, and are usually fatal to lose. Try new weapons, find one or two that you like. Factory Striders- once they appear for you- aren't very threatening if you carry the stopping power to shoot off their miniguns. Even better, you can one-shot them in the eye with a recoilless. Don't know where the 'eye' is? The wiki has anatomy diagrams for every enemy that you can study. Just look for their wiki pages. The laser cannon specifically is an excellent all-rounder than is useful against every faction in every situation, against armor and fodder alike. And having infinite ammo allows you to experiment a lot against enemies. It is also technically capable of killing every enemy in the game (although the biggest enemies take too long to be practical). If you want a solid workhorse to carry you in the meantime, the laser cannon is the way to go. Otherwise, the flamethrower is good against bugs and squids, but not bots because of the lack of range. The AMR is good against everything, but mostly bots and squids. The railgun falls off pretty hard against everything but bots, which it excels against. The arc thrower kills fodder like nothing else but struggles against armor outside of its support role of stunlocking chargers/hulks. The machine gun and heavy machine gun are also excellent all-rounders that can handle any faction adequately. The EAT is a good backup to carry if you are running a different support weapon that can't handle armor, and you aren't confident with stratagems yet to nail your targets. Otherwise, the eagle strafing run is one of the best, simplest, and effective general use strategems in the game. It never hurts to throw a strafing run at a target, and the teamkill potential is very low due to the method of attack. Not to mention, you can line up patrols and take them out in one fell swoop. Gatling barrage is excellent, too, given how quickly it recharges. And on the topic of fast recharges, the machine gun sentry is another good and forgiving strategem to throw down whenever you can. Throw it on a vantage point, behind your enemies, maybe even in the middle. At the very least its a distraction, and unlike the gatling sentry friendly fire incidents involving the MG sentry are usually survivable given it only catches you with one or two stray rounds.
As for warbonds, focus on Helldivers Mobilize. Everything in that warbond is useful and sets you up with an extremely versatile arsenal that can handle anything. Really, you'd have to be deliberately picking very limited/utility focused weapons and strategems to make a truly bad loadout.

Nothing against them, it's just very funny to me hearing their cries of pain with a random "FEELS GOOOOOOD!" in between.

I really think it's one of the best primaries in the game. Start by taking out chaff then as the heat builds move to walkers/devastators/overseers/etc and eventually once you get good and crispy you will be able to take out harvesters and even bile titans with it. The inflammable perk is essential though because without it you'll burn to death before you get good penetration, I like pairing it with the supply pack for a healthy supply of stims.

As far as the basic warbond though I would say slugger is still a must get, even with the "balancing" it went through it still cuts through bots (bugs less so)

For an option with more firepower the rocket turret is another relatively short cool down strategem, and I prefer it over the auto cannon turret because it only fires one rocket at a time instead of three round salvos. It will kill the shit out of things if a charger or hulk don't rush it down
