The arena is I think somewhere in the woods northwest of Hogsmeade. The little outfits were deposited in my inventory so I dunno about acquiring them. You get the thestral mount later.
My Deluxe loot was downloaded when I first booted up the game. There’s also an “Additional Content” menu on the loading screen where the loot may be, too, if it’s not already in your inventory. Sepulchria (the thestral) and Caligo (the black hippogriff) are unlocked after a later quest. There are a few Battle Arenas, but I didn’t even notice them until after I completed a quest in Irondale, so you might need to do that quest to unlock them.

I also don't think it makes a lot of sense canon/universe-wise that Hogwarts is that diverse, but (aside from general modern day wokeness) I suppose one could argue that HP is popular worldwide and they wanted to make everyone feel included.
This is one of the greatest misconceptions of the current people in charge. People abroad typically liked Harry Potter because it was so quintessentially British. In fact, it was a fantasy version of a Britain that no longer exists just as when we watch some Hong Kong martial arts movie or some American Western. Or if you watched some Bollywood movie. As a foreigner you're enjoying it because you want to see another culture - even a fantasy version of it. You don't want to watch Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon and see a bunch of English people in it, you want some period Wuxia fantasy China.

Trying to make sure everybody feels included in your media for their sake is misguided. You should see if they actually want that.

I didn't know the black hippogriff and the other arenas were part of the deluxe pack.

Can you use Caligo and Sepulchria as mounts if you don’t have Deluxe? All the streamers I watched (which was not that many, to be honest) had Deluxe. Josh had Deluxe, too, but never got to the quest where the mounts feature was unlocked. I also dug up and revised my old Pottermore account from like 15 years ago on the Wizarding World site and I was able to preload my wand and house preferences and get all the Twitch outfit drops from February. (I feel like a huge dork admitting this, but if people are interested, lol…)

I checked again this morning as I was looking for the Ancient Magic harvest sites and I found the Dark Arts Battle Arena. It’s in the Forbidden Forest. However, there are other battle arenas around the map, too. I don’t remember seeing them until I met the lady on the bench in Irondale and went to the mysterious site with all the vases you need to blow up. Those sites are the practice Battle Arenas, so I think you need to do that quest to activate them. I am not playing with a guide so there’s actually a few things I am still discovering as I go along. I just found out about the catacombs yesterday.

The thestral is 100% part of the deluxe edition. I have no idea about the black hippogriff.

I dropped the game when I rebuilt my pc and never actually cleared the arenas but I do remember finding them. I don't remember if it was before or after making it to Irondale but it was probably after as unless the player is quite off the beaten path, they're going to pass through Irondale before reaching that second arena at least. I think there is another arena but I don't remember where it is.

Yeah, the owner of the three broomsticks is glitched atm. It's a woman npc, but it has the male voiceover. Hopefully it gets patched soon.
Late, but I recently got the game for Christmas, and this is literally deadass the vibe the character gives off. They look way too much like an actual woman, but their voice is way too manly, so it just makes it seem like the game is bugging out, and fucking with the audio.

Moving on, the game itself is fine so far, but I have to say being forced to update it in order to make it past the tutorial is fucking bullshit, and I hope whoever implemented that dies in a fire.

Poor Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw getting the short end of the plot stuff as ever.

That said I do think the Slytherin student characters involved with the quests are quite interesting as depictions of the sort of people who would end up Slytherin despite not being full card-carrying evil or even all that unpleasant all the time. That was always going to be the case when all four houses were playable but it's still good to see.

The common rooms for those houses are the nicest ones, at least. Hopefully they'll double and triple down on partner quests in the sequel. Definitely one of my favourite parts of Legacy.

I'm a few hours in and I'm starting to hate the innkeeper. He was irritating enough when they introduced him because he is so obviously a man, but they keep forcing him in my face and I do not appreciate it. Takes me out of the game way more than the oddly diverse cast. Even my girlfriend, who is pretty apolitical, noticed it.

Thing is, Cyberpunk 2077, which is one of my favorite games of the last decade also has a tranny in it. However, Claire is a character that makes a lot more sense in the setting and is not shoved in your face all the time the way Sirona is. If you don’t do the racing quests and/or talk too her, you wouldn't even find out. I didn't notice until I saw the trans flag on the back of her car.

Getting back to Sirona, I hear that he's gonna be less important later in the game, and I can't wait.

There's maybe one or two sidequests with Sirona, but that's about it. They're not super important to the story.

Brought the game yesterday at retail for full price. In as Cope Seethe the Slytherin chad.

Cope and seethe in hell, trannies.

Thank God.
But every third line of dialogue with someone you have is them telling you how wonderful Sirona is and there's a quest where you collect letters from a young "girl" saying how brave Sirona is in being "herself" and how this helped the young "girl" be her 'true self.'

Seriously - you can't go an hour in this game without somebody saying how wonderful and authentic "she" is.

I’ve heard users here repeat this without end, and yet I never experienced this.
I'm surprised. Obviously it's not every line but it's a recurrent thing where I kept having people I talked to tell me how great Sirona was. And did you do the quest to retrieve someone's cache about stolen letters? They're all about how Sirona groomed helped students 'embrace their identities.'

Found this quest play through there's dialogue at the start and the actual letters are later on if you skip around a bit.

Screenshotted a few of the letters you collect from various people. Lots of little details about him helping someone learn how to lace a bodice and "feel like a real witch" and so forth. But seriously - the Sirona dialogue is all over the place in this game. At times it seemed like there was barely a witch or wizard that "she" hadn't bravely stood up for and defended against 'bullies'.

I have noticed that after doing side quests, NPCs will repeat lines when you pass them. That can get tedious.

Yeah, if somebody doesn't find gravel-voiced Sirona talking about "helping adolescents blossom" creepy (the phrasing used in dialogue with him), then I don't know what to say.

Was a genuine negative in the game for me.
