1) Injections require sterile environment to avoid having microbes present in the medication and usually are sterilized as you said.
2) You need to have precision in knowing exactly how much of each raw material is being placed, with the correct amount. More isn't better here
3) Proper mixing of the powder into solvent/benzyl alcohol then mixing into the oil base. Mixing is critical to avoid the fallout of powder using as well as using as little benzyl alcohol as possible. Mixing is it's own art, especially with oils here in the proper steps.
4) You need to know 100% of what exactly each raw material is, conforming that the manufacture sent you the right product.
5) These materials have to be medical grade, even the inactive materials. Industrial grade can have slight impurities that won't affect an industrial process like a lubricant but will fuck over a medical use.
You know the trannies will just throw random shit together in a vial in a kitchen.

After finally lurking for 2 years I decided to make an account.

For some background, I work in pharmaceutical compounding, and used to compound my own anabolics for powerlifting/bodybuilding. Mostly test and nandrolone.

Figured i'd clear up some info in this thread and give a critique of their guide. Not defending it, but it's roughly on par with what you'd expect from someone compounding their own steroids. You could use these instructions and make some decent anabolics. I'd find it absolutely hilarious if gymbros stumbled upon it.

None of what he's doing here is synthesis, this is just mixing things together. The ratio of benzyl alcohol also seems about right, at least for homebrewed anabolics. A lot of guys are using anywhere from 1-5%, whereas the pharma stuff is mostly 1.9%, he appears to be using 2%. He's also getting away with somehow not including benzyl benzoate, which I must assume that they can somehow get to a decent concentration without.

Most of the sites you're gonna find with reviews on eroids and other steroid forums are using a different technique that works well at a larger scale. Those setups require flow hoods and careful dust control as they filter into buchner funnels with an exposed top. What this faggot appears to be doing to get around the need for flow hoods and dust control is by just filtering straight into presealed vials, arguably a decent way albeit a technique that's going to take forever to do. Compounded pharma vials use the same 0.22 micron filters, with the exception that they're actually sterile. I doubt that he's paying a premium for the sterile ones.

The funny bit is how he's mixing this all together. He can't even afford to get a hot stir plate and advises shaking the whole mixture. I've tried this before with test, and it just clumps at the top of the bottle and is really hard to deal with. The trannies will probably end up with a lot less potent troonshine than they think they're getting due to clumping

I'm not terribly worried about microbes here since the vials appear to be depyrogenated and the guide says to filter straight into them. The biggest point of potential contamination is the needle that's poking into the vials themselves to fill, as I don't see a mention of some sort of pressure relief (using vials that are held at a vacuum, clever). You should really be working in a cleaner environment with dust control, and swapping needles everytime you pierce a new vial.

The instant pot is hilarious. He's not actually mixing anything in it directly, but instapots do not get up to the same temperature/pressure as legitimate autoclaves, which he's trying to use it as. Anyone autoclaving finished vials is a fucking retard, if you want heat it'd be better to just use an oven at a low temp or skip it entirely. What's going to happen here is water is going to seep in through the now damaged rubber stopper. He appears to be aware of this fact but hand wave it away. The "kit" already supposedly uses sterilized depyrogenated vials, there's no use in cooking them.

The 5 year shelf life is blatantly wrong. Gear in MCT oil lasts like 3 before it goes rancid. Going to see a lot of complaints in a few years about vials they made causing pain at the injection site.

Onto raws. I have no idea how he's selling them at this price. I found a few chinese sources and got some quotes for the estrogens they sell and the lowest came back about 30% higher than he's selling their bulk quantities for. He's also using a similar testing service as a lot of roid shops, the infamous Janoshik. These tests run about 300$ a pop, and unless he's exit scamming he's losing money doing this for their powders. Another site https://waterlilypharmaceutical.godaddysites.com/ appears to be selling raws and taking paypal as well. I have no idea how they haven't been shut down yet.


He appears to be making some money on the kit. I priced out the materials around 120-180$, for a 350$ selling price.

The premade vials are a fucking ripoff, along with the other vendors selling troonshine. A vial of testosterone holding 3 grams is 30-40$, while these people are somehow selling 0.4g of estradiol for 75$.

He will eventually be caught, and I think he recognizes this and is trying to liquidate what he has. By no doubt with other vendors shutting down he got too popular and know's he needs to dissapear before he gets caught.


Estrogen might not be a controlled substance from the DEA, but the FDA has a habit of going after unlicensed pharmacies. That being said, if you want to make your own anabolics this isn't the worst guide i've seen. We'll see if the trannies trying to make this can actually read instructions or not, my money is they won't.
