Slight powerlevel, but I work in the banking sector and a swathe of old fogies have been getting scammed by Pajeets claiming their cards are locked.
The worst part is they call at 4 in the fucking morning. And from what I have seen it is mostly older women getting scammed out of their money. Sometimes all of their accounts are compromised meaning tens of thousands of dollars are gone. Yeah today sucked balls.

Wouldn't it make more sense just to call them and ask them what's up with that? Because if they actually did top it off and it's already leaked that much (and why was it empty in the first place), then obviously it needs more fixing.

Old people are obnoxiously fussy about their money, yet cannot practice basic OPSEC when dealing with it.

They'll complain about a CD rate being lower than last time they opened one, but will gladly hand over Power of Attorney to their deadbeat druggie son-in-law.

My bike tire went flat twice this week, my boss accidently flooded the kitchen at work last Thursday, and today I cut my finger and drew blood from an eggshell. AN EGGSHELL!
The weekend has been much better so far but I'm burning sage in the house just in case. Not even my family has been having a great week😵

Put in my two weeks notice at my job. My manager is nice but I still feel awkward about it.

The main thing I'll miss about my current job is the coworkers. I wouldn't go so far as to call them friends, but many of them (including the assistant managers) are around my age and have similar hobbies so we chat a lot. It's a pretty laid back environment. My new job, well, most of them seem like they'll be at least a decade older than me. Ittl be a calm environment too but more serious. I'm also just nervous about the whole "transitioning from a job I know very well to a completely new one with new people".

I also realize I need to buy more business casual clothes. I haven't worn stuff like that in ages.

Might be about to have another panic attack. My irrational mind is saying we're all going to die. I know we aren't, I think. But that's not how anxiety works. To my irrational mind the threat is real. Even if it isn't. So I just have to try and breathe. Take my mind off of this shit. Maybe even just get angry. Fuck this and everything else.

In DayZ, I crashed my car in Stary Sobor, ruining the spark plug but keeping the radiator perfectly intact. (???)

A few seconds later, the entire town gets shelled by offscreen artillery and is now covered in poisonous gas.

I lost my car.

Fun.
 
Who keeps bringing trash where I live? Not enough with reggaeton lovers, now I have venezuelan kids screaming like banshees, making a mess and almost dropping a lightpost. They make niggers look nice. At least I have a quiet place to go when things get unbearably loud.

Me and my husband listened to The Wall while cuddling last night. he fell asleep while "Mother" was playing and I thought that was adorable as fuck. before that though he pretty much sucked me dry while we were listening to some Type O Negative.

me and my husband have some fucked up music tastes.

Nah, Type O is awesome. I was lucky enough to see them live back in the 90s and it's still one of the best shows I've ever been to. It was before Pete was all fucked up on coke and booze (and he was fucking hot man. I didn't realize he was so tall until he walked out on stage).

You could take l-theanine, there are other stuff to wake you up too. Yohimbe seems to be effective, but of course, That's legal in Murica, but not Europe. As every fucking thing that actually has an drastic effect.

Well, every living being is going to die one day.

Talked on the phone with my parents yesterday, and they had to put my cat down. He was old, bone-thin even if he ate a lot, greasy/ugly fur, problems with cleaning himself and problems with holding his bowel movement in.

A little sad, but I was prepared and he did live a long happy life. So I'm happy they just got him out of his misery.
I didn't push for details that much, as it really doesn't matter. But they mentioned cancer in his stomach.

tbh I was meaning the fact that we went from him sucking me dry playing Type O Negative and then the next goddamn minute cuddling and then going to sleep to Pink Floyd's The Wall. But yes, Type O is pretty great. (and yes, Peter was pretty hot, including his voice.)

Oh yeah I said this earlier but I decided since I'm making this message to delete it and repost it.

my hubby woke me up at 3AM just for some headpats, I find that kinda cute. He's way too dependent on them.
