Boss trusted me with a really important task and I didn’t fuck it up. Feeling really proud of myself and accomplished.

When you have to make a list of pros and cons for moving vs staying where you're at.
I have no idea how things will go if things don't work out with the gf. She pretty much is her city to me.
Keep up with it and make sure you get enough sleep, and you'll do well. maybe invest in high quality shoe inserts or a foot massaging thingMy nice new 8 hour job has turned out to be more of a 10 hour day instead. 9 and half hours in the sun today, lost 4lbs just in water from this morning. Gonna have to be less of a tired bitch to keep up with my home duties.
My feet hurt.
What were your symptoms? I've often wondered the same myself, as COVID fucked me up hard the first time around. This week I'm going to try to get a CPAP trial through my insurance, or buy a used one outright if it doesn't cover it. Thinking back, I likely had bad sleep apnea ever since covid lockdowns and if I'm immediately better after sleeping with the mask it would explain so much of the past few years.
inconsistent sleep, lower stamina, and difficulty focusing at work. for the longest time I had no idea what was going on and was trying all sorts of medications. but the fact that rolling over sometimes means i can't breathe until my nasal cycle resets and i wake up with my nose full of dry snot that sometimes have small clots in it should've been a bigger clue if i was fully awake. I did get a sleep apnea test before, but at the time I didn't have access to insurance and my partner (who has severe sleep apnea to the point that he stops breathing until a reflexive jerk makes him breath another breath) kinda downplayed it until my doctor on Wednesday reminded me that that yes the results said my apne was severe. What were your symptoms? Sounds like you are taking the worst lines of buses.I feel like I got thrown into The Truman Show or some similar shit. I get in a bus, bus arrives to downtown, a veneca nigress gets in, gives the typical "o pls gib money i illegal and poor and i no job but i sell dis to feed bb gd bless u" speech, three guys give her money, she leaves the bus. Bus moves a little, stops, the SAME veneca nigress gets in, gives the same "o pls gib money i illegal and poor and i no job but i sell dis to feed bb gd bless u" speech without even changing the wording a bit, same three guys give her money, she leaves the bus again. What the hell?
I’ve always felt that my day is fucked by going to work anyways, so might as well work as many hours as possible in a few days than work a few hours on a bunch of days.My nice new 8 hour job has turned out to be more of a 10 hour day instead. 9 and half hours in the sun today, lost 4lbs just in water from this morning. I have a very nice expensive pair of keens, Im just on my feet a lot more now. I think my aftermarket insoles are worn down, do you have any reccs for a really good pair? I'm very willing to drop money on anything that goes between me and the ground.shoes
If the boss seemed indifferent then your odds may be a bit better if you clarify the detail right away instead of letting it get forgotten until it catches everyone by surprise. There may be a chance that it'll get forgotten about if it gets missed, but bosses generally look more favorable if you don't hide your mistakes. Though I'm unemployed so my advice should be taken with a grain of salt.I made a mistake at work yesterday which may be illegal and something I could get terminated over. The boss seemed indifferent when I reported it, but I realized afterwards that I left out a crucial detail, so I don't know what the reaction will be if they bother to review it. I've just started hitting my stride there and there is a sizeable medical bill coming in the near future.
I do have a second job and will be OK for a while, but the stress from this is a real 180 from two days ago, when I was thinking seriously about shopping for a home after getting settled in here.
Thanks for the reply. I thought last year I might be in the early stages of sleep apnoea.inconsistent sleep, lower stamina, and difficulty focusing at work. for the longest time I had no idea what was going on and was trying all sorts of medications. but the fact that rolling over sometimes means i can't breathe until my nasal cycle resets and i wake up with my nose full of dry snot that sometimes have small clots in it should've been a bigger clue if i was fully awake. sounds like it? if you can get one cheap and fully clean it it's worth a shot. Thanks for the reply. I thought last year I might be in the early stages of sleep apnoea.
Since having COVID and hitting my current body weight of ~250lbs (mostly muscle, but I'm still big) I started snoring and making weird ass sounds every night. Mouth is dry as fuck whenever I wake up, and my chest is usually kinda fucked for an hour or two after waking up.
Based on what I said, you reckon I ought to look into a CPAP?
