He could take a multivitamin a day. Any idiot could do that to get healthier.
Someone else mentioned water. If he drank water instead of pop and drank a big glass of water before he ate anything it would help him. That's another easy thing.
If he insists on going to McD's instead of getting q-sands and fries he could get the grilled chicken and no fries. Grilled chicken is probably the healthiest thing McD's has on its menu, even if it is low quality meat. Maybe once he gets use to eating grilled chicken he could get a George Foreman grill and grill healthy meats and fish on his own, although that's probably beyond his capabilities right now.
He'd also need to fix his biological clock without a girlfriend and actually get enough sleep. Sleep is also a big factor in being in shape.
The list so far is easy, but now he actually needs to do something that requires effort. He badly needs 30-60 minutes of cardio a day. There are a variety of exercise DVDs he could get for a low price, or he could spend some American dolla on an exercise bike on Craigslist. I've been using the exercise bike lately and I'm a slacker, and besides, Chris could play his PS Vita while exercising. Then again, there might be no room in the hoard for a bike. Maybe he could convince Barb to get one if Goodwill has them?
Once he got into cardio he'd have to do some weights three times a week. No, not lifting 50 lb. boxes of lemonade, real dumbbells (and I'm not talking about Chris). It would be lulzy to see Chris try to lift 50 lbs., so he'd probably have to start light, like 10 lbs. or less.
And of course all this is useless, because Chris will never listen to us and never change. But this thread might be useful to others looking to get in shape.
