Bone in, spicy Korean bbq, smoked for an hour before ramping the temp to crisp.

If I'm craving deep fried, gotta be double fried, and then I get creative or just go for ghost pepper/Carolina reaper dry rub.

It's all about the heat for me with wings...if I'm forced to go out for pizza and wings, its always the spiciest they have, preferably mixed with a bit extra vinegar and cayenne to potentiate the heat of whatever sauce their using.
 
When I usually do a chicken wings recipe I usually go with legs instead, they're way better value for the meat and they're easier to handle too
 
The music is terrible but for anyone who doesn't like dealing with the bones in wings, the technique demonstrated is the way to go.
