What I'd advice is start making some connections IRL, online doesn't really fill that hole in the soul. It can be really scary I know, but taking part in outdoor group activities can help get things going. If that's too big of a step I'd advise something like group therapy (not a big fan of 1 on 1 therapy). Maybe just start small and touch some grass (literally). Sadly though you'll have to put yourself out there, and it will probably hurt like hell but eventually it gets better.
