So according to AL, the reason why she hasn't been putting out new content lately is because she's "been going through something" and doesn't want to talk about it.
Gorl, you don't need to talk about it. Judging from how ridiculously huge your face has become, it's pretty clear that "something" you've been going through is every fast food drive-up window within a 100-mile radius of your house and every family-sized package of Reese's Cups you can manipulate Becky into bringing you.

The longer you stay sedentary, the harder it will be to do something as simple and straightforward as walk without falling. Your body gets used to not walking. Most normal people can go back to walking properly after a long period of not walking (e.g. because of illness) with ease, but when your body has to drag 400 lbs of excess human lard with every step, lengthy and costly rehabilitation may be necessary. Her legs may not even be able to hold her weight anymore.

Her not taking this seriously just shows how little shit she gives about this “weightloss journey.”

Her legs are probably getting weaker from lack of any exercise and her ever expanding weight. This is exactly how people become bed-bound. The muscles atrophy, joints start to wear, and I wouldn't discount neuropathy from diabetes. Plus, once AL starts to slide, slip, or fall, she is off balance due to her FUPA and ass shelf. Add in the weakness and she doesn't stand a chance (or stand at all). This video has to be almost 2 weeks old. She saved it for a pity party. AL is dumb as fuck, but she is cunning. Too bad 90% of her audience are hep to her formulaic style of bullshit. The pity party fails to work, so she's gonna have to step up her game. Also, her tennis shoe tits are distracting. That top is hideous on her, but so are all of her clothes. You just cannot make a quarter ton asshole look cute.

Her feet must be dry AF if she's slipping in barefeet on a hardwood floor, after she puts on her flats and the layers of dead skin absorb moisture they plump up creating a larger low friction surface area on her feet.

Can she even see her feet? I bet Necky has to cut her toenails. Necky, you're doing shitty in your role as Hospice Care Provider if you aren't putting lotion on Haramber's feet everyday and using a pumice stone to remove the compacted layers of dead skin from the heel and ball of her feet. You gotta earn those Graphic Tees and snapbacks bitch :mad:

I call shenanigans on the falls, because there would be more story. How did this big bitch get back up? That would likely involve EMS. You think she'd leave that juicy bit out?

Something is amiss. Maybe she is setting the stage for a TLC special? Maybe they're already there? Something feels weird.

The thumbnail still image has some harsher lighting than normal, either there's a fill light that is off that's usually on in these or somebody chose a different camera setting for this video and didn't find a correct f-stop? But yeah, she looks blanched out and haggard more than usual to me too.

I'm guessing amberlynn is experiencing muscle weakness and maybe some dizziness from blood sugar problems. She doesn't understand how badly a 500 person can fuck themselves up in a fall. I was at a level one trauma for a ground level fall of a person amberlynns size. I thought it was overkill to call it a trauma one before they arrived, but the patient was leaking csf out of their ears and was really fucked up.
