Iirc, the half ton killer, Mayra Rosales had a similar problem where her skin was leaking a clear fluid. I think the explanation I saw in a documentary was that the fat had stretched her skin so whisper thin that it was barely holding her blood in, let alone any water in her skin. So despite being so obese that her husband had to give her sponge baths, she was constantly dehydrated because her skin was leaking so much fluid. In nonmedical terms, that's the closest a human being could get to literally popping without dying.

Given, I'm not a doctor so that whole spiel could have been some hazy half baked memory stitched together from too much time on the internet.

It's pretty much that, the reason behind it is the lymphedema caused by too much fat obstructing lymph vessels, that liquid stands there and passively diffuses out due to a pressure difference.

Yeah not something anyone woukd joke about, but our gorl does.

Also I bet she actually fell trying to get food. It wasn't kibble all over the floor, but cheap dollar store generic candy because she tried to grab it and totally fucking faceplanted POW!

10/10 want to see the video of her rolling to the Bed. So we can turn it into an Autobot meme.

All this medical speculation is an interesting read, but I find it difficult to believe she fell. She posted about it almost exactly when she was meant to do a weigh-in, so I assumed she was just bunging it on. She also seems to have suffered no ill effect; as @Tiny Clanger pointed out she couldn't even keep her story straight about it, and it clearly has not impeded her ability to heave herself around and waste money on food. I suspect she just made it up for a video and a way to dodge the scale, even if I wanted a Steven-Assanti-Golf-Cart-level fatasstrophe.

One thing that supports the fall-is-truthful theory is that the title of the video matches her instagram message word-for-word, with the same style punctuation. In the same instagram, she ran a poll: story time or no. The vote was for story time, and I suspect this was the video she made. The tylenol pic she snapchatted two days after her fall announcement suggests that something was causing pain...

I do believe she fell, but I am not buying that it was because of soft feet and it was painless. I suspect she changed the details to suit her odyssey of a narrative. But I think the falls really happened; I don't think she is clever enough to invent something like that. She may well be using the video as a stall tactic; it is two weeks late, after all. But the timeline and some details do seem to fit.

Fuck man. Ignoring the rest of her lies and excuses in this video, this hit me right in the feels. I was never one of her supporters, but I empathized with her. Damn it, of course these falls didn't faze our dainty queen.
It's looking like death will be her only wake up call. *sigh*

Yes. It's called a hangover, but even if she didn't have a hangover, she weighs more than 4 times what she should. That's bound to cause her pain regardless of whether she falls.
