If it were not in the sites terms and conditions to not interfere with cows, i think KF needs an image overhaul by being somewhat of a source of research for youtube investigations. If the Bush administration collaborated with the big tech of that time to rebrand this as domestic terrorism, the public would've overwhelmingly been on 4chans side. If that can be changed, if the public perception of the farms can be changed without changing the actual content or structure of the farms it would probably be helpful. Are you talking about the discussion on yesterday's MATI? He was talking about an ad blocker called AdNauseam. Unlike traditional ad blockers, AN clicks on the ad a shitload of times in the background. That leads to a bunch of "fake" ad views which gives the ad agency grounds to sue to recoup their costs. For that reason, Google has been doing everything in their power to ban the app.

Making it look like there were lots of people interested in the ad so that the advertiser thought that the ads were effective, and then doing it continually to the point that the advertiser realized that no, the ad wasn't effective, and start to wonder if Google was lying to them. I think it was Facebook that was especially guilty of what Null was trying to get the advertisers to think was happening, basically whenever you scrolled past a video on Facebook they counted it as that video getting a view, even if it was only on your screen for a fraction of a second longer than it took to load, and they were charging the advertisers that were running ads on those videos as if those ads had been effectively delivered.

Very similar to what Ad Nauseum does, like @ForTheHoard mentioned, just manually, and I don't believe Ad Nauseum does the IP switching thing like Null mentioned doing
