Straight-forward and easy to use file hosting service with no registration requirement used to host weird shit, more news at 11. You could say the same thing about basically any file host.

Comes with the territory, anonfiles was actually taken down because the owners couldn't filter out all the blatantly illegal content that their service was used for. Shame, it was also very good and I believe it had a larger data cap too.

Because every file sharing platform known to man hosts all sorts of porn, it's irrelevant and not the main purpose of catbox. The appeal is to share something quickly, without a need for an account, I dunno how many files I shared on here alone with catbox and none of it was porn.

May as well ban the entire internet, that series of tubes has been used to transfer some sordid material.
 
So not only is payment processing or advertising needing to be "brand safe" but also just the simple act of donating money to someone.
