This site hosts both revenge porn and leaked onlyfans content, but it's okay when we do it because we use it to mock people instead of jerk off is something that has been said on this very site. They can't even be consistent on porn bad and shouldn't be anywhere when it comes to this site.

I think it's really really funny when the people on the site most well known for harassing and mocking the mentally ill start clutching their pearls and moralfagging harder than your average little old church lady.

Anyone who isn't retarded understands filesharing will be used for porn and other things. Catbox is also used to host manga combined with cubari or just easily upload and share small files.
Next you are going to tell me torrents are used mostly for piracy.

Does them allowing loli impact performance when it comes to image sharing? Should we stop all anon image sharing because people will use it to share things others don't like? Why is it that the tech must be destroyed so that the bad people (and normal people) can't use it rather than punishing the people who use it with bad intentions? I don't like loli but I like anon file sharing, people who like loli also like anon file sharing, should I stop trying to find/create ways to send files anonymously because it might allow people who like loli to do the same?

I use it for hyperlinking memes to get around Discord's file limit as well as to avoid directly linking to my favorite backwater shitposting sites to keep out the riff-raff.
 
Catbox *allows* lolicon shit and Patreon doesn't, whether it's offsite has zero bearing on their ruling and they've been purging creators hosting degenerate porn shit for years now.
I find it funny how he acts like he got backstabbed when websites hosting porn have been dropped by payment processors for less in the past year, nigga just look around you

This must have gone over peoples heads because the reason listed in the email wasn't lolicon, it was CSAM in general, real or animated. All 3 sites explicitly disallow this in their TOS but that doesn't matter. None of these sites can stop someone from uploading it and sharing it in the first place. It's only when this stuff gets reported and some poor soul has to verify it and delete it that it actually gets removed.
He "acts like he got backstabbed" because he got treated differently. Don't forget that Patreon were A-OK with blindly taking their cut from Catbox (8% of 1.3k) until suddenly they weren't. And they're still A-OK with taking their 8% cut of two other MUCH larger filehosts who have the same policies.

Note: while i was looking at graphtreon the promotional banner for me was for the "young and naughty" patreon page. You can draw your own conclusions.

Catbox is basted and I've used it to post all types of benign shit over the years. I don't know what else they host and I don't care, and neither should the people running the service. That's how you run a good service.

I hope catbox continues existing because there's not many low friction filehosters anymore, mostly because of people like you clutching pearls. Tragedy of the commons, I guess we can never have good services ever again because someone might post loli, wtf.
