Just Mel Gibson. He doesn't have to explain himself to the likes of the rest of the party.

He don't take no flak from anybody.

Ohh, I'll go for some Pet Semetary-esque magic-ness if that's okay.Magic in this setting is really powerful and dangerous. You could be a psychic necromancer who animates the dead like puppets, or a true magic necromancer who pulls some serious Pet Semetary-style shit.
That's fair. You'll still have to pick a tribe type for starting skills but you don't necessarily have to be from that tribe.

I will be the Lord Spiritual of Rawlestown.
I'm thinking of either a Neo-Pagan Roman tribal or an insane psychic wereboar who's convinced that the Second Dark Age was caused by camels.
I spent 6 weird points on equipment so I should get all the equipment I want without having to add each point up like a goddamn war-starting shekel-hoarding Jew, if that's okay with you Sugartits?

BIOGRAPHY
Mel Colm-Cille Gerard Gibson AO (born January 3, 1956) is an American actor, filmmaker, and screenwriter. He is most well known as an action hero, for roles such as Martin Riggs in the Lethal Weapon buddy cop film series and Max Rockatansky in the first three post-apocalyptic action films in the Mad Max series.
He was born in Peekskill, New York, and moved with his parents to Sydney when he was 12 years old. He studied acting at the Australian National Institute of Dramatic Art. During the 1980s, Gibson founded Icon Entertainment, a production company which independent film director Atom Egoyan has called, "an alternative to the studio system."[2] Director Peter Weir cast Gibson as one of the leads in the critically acclaimed World War I drama Gallipoli (1981), which earned Gibson a Best Actor Award from the Australian Film Institute.[3] The film also helped to earn Gibson the reputation of a serious, versatile actor.
In 1995, Gibson produced, directed, and starred in the epic historical drama film Braveheart, for which he won the Golden Globe and Academy Award for Best Director, along with the Academy Award for Best Picture. In 2004, he directed and produced The Passion of the Christ, a financially successful, controversial film depicting the last hours in the life of Jesus. Gibson received further critical acclaim for his directing of the 2006 action-adventure film Apocalypto, [4] which is set in Mesoamerica during the early 16th century.
Okay, I'm interested. What exactly is the technology setting, like, Fallout level with guns, Mad Max cars, and robots, or medieval, with swords and axes? Or both?
Also, location. A specific area of the world (Parts of North America), a fantasy world, or a non-specific area.
I have an idea for a character.
Jugsy-EZ, of the Jugsy tribe of the Juggalos. Yes, the Juggalos have survived the apocalypse, and formed a religion around ICP.
"We must find sacrifices for the Dark Carnival."
Excellent backstory.
You and I both know your answer to this question, but I would be remiss if I did not point something out: the Deerhunter Rifle is a more high-tech hillbilly style gun that you can easily afford with all the WP you spent on money, if you want that instead of a blunderbuss. It would better facilitate killing heathens in tanks or power armor. I do actually really like your stats for the sawed-off blunderbuss though.
I PMed you the book, there's a "Tribes of the Inner Sea" section which Dynastia has already grounded Mel Gibson in, so it will be taking place there.
Hey, I think I got my character. At least one of them:It depends on the tribe. High-end power armor, supergun-style technology can sometimes be scavenged from the ruins but it's rare (for normal folks, not for PCs). Power armor is usually passed down through generations or held in collective by a tribe, and ownership of a suit is the effective equivalent of knighthood. Flinklock weapons are the most advanced things that are being manufactured new, although there's all kinds of magic conjurings and gremlin gunsmiths breaking all those rules too. Then there's tribes that deliberately eschew old technology. Plus during the fall a bunch of crazy imaginary technology became real and some of it stuck around.
There's everything from people in mecha saving a city-state from godzilla to two tribes fighting a war with clubs over one pig.
So, basically, all of those things. I sometimes liken it to the Hyborean Age from Conan but built on the ruins of humanity's collective imaginations rather than Atlantis.

Absolutely. A Juggalo remnant tribe is very doable. Sort of Six-String Samurai meets failure.
Do you have Juggalo magic? Or pimped out dark clown themed power armor? Or maybe you've got weird mutations because fucking radiation, how does that work?

"The Fucking Magnets". Imagine a concrete saw, only it has several powerful electromagnets contained in a three pronged blade. When activated, a ferrofluid based liquid \M/ETAL (strengthened through some magtek) forms a sawblade, which is reinforced by the three solid "Prong Blades".
A Buick Regal, heavily restored and modified into a four wheel drive off roader. Has the remains of an ugly grey paint job, covered in rust, blood, bullet holes, and Juggalo art. Oh, and severed heads attached to the front bumper.
Sports equipment armor, decorated with the traditional outfit of the juggalos.
"Clown Shooturh", a crude 9mm semi-auto pistol made from the remains of a Glock 18 and scrap \M/ETAL. Basically a Flintlock pistol with a 5 payload, only with a penalty to damage and prone to misfiring. Uses cartridge ammo, which is more expensive than ball and powder (3 bucks per shot). Note: I'm contradicting the game book here, let me know if it's all right)
Backpack
A few days of food and water
10 units of Faygo (the traditional drink of the Juggalo tribe. Made from whatever fermentable material's lying around and the blood of those sacrificed to the Dark Carnival).
BIOGRAPHY
Located outside of Detroit, the Juggalos are considered odd by the other crazed raider tribes, and batshit insane to everyone else. Worshiping the prophets/deities they call Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope, and The Hatchet Man, the Juggalos follow a "Holy Book" pieced together from old music records. They base themselves out of the "Dark Carnival", a Pre-Fall amusement park that they power off the the Dark Energy reactors of several gutted suits of Power Armor. Juggalo society is chaotic, with most of the day spend scavenging, listening to the Holy Records, getting wasted, working, getting high, and fighting. One of the key elements of Juggalo religion is the Dark Carnival itself, which the Juggalos believe requires human sacrifice. As such, the Juggalos frequently go out into the wastes to acquire sacrifices, specifically targeting slavers, rapists, raiders, and others they deem "motherfukas". ferocious in combat, Juggalos usually attempt to take their victims alive, so they can sacrifice them with carnival themed torture equipment. Juggalos believe that those who acquire a large number of sacrifices or contribute to the ways of the Juggalo will be sent to "The Gathering", a warriors heaven filled with Faygo, meth, and the Holy Posse.
Some Juggalos, such as Juggy-T, set out by themselves to explore the wastes, search for more of The Teachings, and slaughter the Motherfuckas.
Juggy-T is a 22 year old Juggalo who's set out into the wastes to acquire sacrifices, dispense good and justice and Faygo, and try a variety of exotic drugs.
I'm not sure. Does the chainsword re-skin and the pistol count towards weird points?Did you spend all your weird points for this guy?

If not, can I take a mutation that makes me immune to addiction?
