It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

is there a thread about k-aboos (or whatever you call em)? if not, can there be? this sounds like fertile ground.

Koreaboos.
Koreaboos are currently still assmad about a few things like Bomi from A-Pink's "Blackface" when dressing up as a character from a cartoon called Dooley from SNL :
BomiMaikolSNLKorea.jpg

They have also decided that rapper Bang YongGuk from BAP's new solo song, Yamasaki, is "cultural appropriation" of Japanese yakuza culture or something, but they've been raging hard even though its a non issue in Korea or Japan.

They're STILL seriously mad at girl group Mamamoo for a "string of problematic issues". The last "problematic issue" was in relation to Mamamoo's new song AZEGAG (Which sort of means Dad Jokes), wherein they have a line that's a pun in Korean about Buddha and handsome and in the MV they wear a buddhist Urna and apparently, even though Indian fans have told these psycho-koreaboos that it's not an Indian thing, it's buddhist and it's not offensive, well, SJW i-netz know better right? So they're offended on behalf of Indians even though it's not an Indian bindi and atleast 2 of the girls in the group are buddhists...

I find that they differ from Weebs in that a lot of these Koreaboos are SJWs. They want to show you how cultured and different they are by liking Korean pop music or watching some dramas, but they cannot handle that Korea isn't being the good POCs they assumed they were and are infact, whyte ppl 2.0 in reality.

Honestly, sometimes if I'm bored, I like to look at what their latest "problematic" reeing is, jump into the comment sections and give them a good shake up to watch them fizz all over the place. It's amazing how quickly they'll go from screeching about POC's needing to have their voices heard to straight up "you're not the right kind of voice"-ing people :story:

How is it cultural appropriation when the Yakuza is a criminal organization and historically has Korean members itself? Also, isn't it only cultural appropriation to SJWs when a more developed country "steals" cultural elements of a less developed country? Do they not realize South Korea was a Japanese colony, and effectively still is economically, along with the United States since the end of World War II? Maybe Koreaboos ironically subscribe to the mindsets of South Korean ultranationalists, who think Japan and China stole everything from their culture.

I bet they don't even realize that Buddhism in India is quite different than in East Asia, and Southeast Asia to a lesser extent.

Buddhists in Burma are some hardcore motherfuckers.

You can basically guarantee that most SJW's think that all Indian men wear turbans as well.

Didn't flush, cops called

Toronto police say they declined to come out to a local restaurant on Wednesday when a man there was accused of failing to flush the toilet after using it.

Police spokesman Mark Pugash says the call was particularly egregious, since the alleged incident took place about eight hours before it was reported.

Pugash says attendants did not gather much information about the call, such as what led to the incident or where it took place.

He says the priority was on freeing up the line for genuine emergencies rather than matters of etiquette.

Police acknowledge failing to flush a toilet isn't polite, but say calling the cops to report it keeps emergency dispatchers from attending to more pressing matters.

A porn company is pioneering "Dick-ometric" account authentication.

TL;DR: Webcam platform CamSoda apparently has now made an authentication algorithm using your penis. Just send in a picture as the blueprint (because nothing at all could go possibly wrong with that) and then just snap a photo every time you want to get off. They're also apparently working on a version that'll function by running your member over the fingerprint reader.

Okay, so which one of you fuckers set up this catfish?

https://www.dailydot.com/irl/dream-machine-castle-face-records/

A band called Dream Machine has been cut from their record label. The reason? They said some mean things about crappy and terrible feminist music. They didn't even name any specific bands. But mean is mean. And feelings matter. The best part? The lone female member of the band, Doris Melton, is responsible for the anti-feminist comments.

Austin-based metal band Dream Machine has been dropped from Castle Face Records following “ugly opinions” on ICE, immigration, feminism, and sexual assault, according to a statement from the label posted to Facebook Friday.

Dream Machine is made up of Matthew Melton, who previously played with Warm Soda, and his wife Doris. The couple commented on hot-button topics in an interview last month with Still in Rock, a French webzine.

The interviewer asked the band to “criticize something about the music world,” and Doris Melton pointed to “horrible feminist bands.”

“They’ll make songs about being ‘sexually assaulted’ or about how ‘empowering’ abortions are or some shit and it’s fucking retarded, they’re embarrassing themselves,” Melton said in the interview.

She called feminists and their awful Lilith Fair style music retarded. This woman deserves a Nobel Prize.:achievement:
