For those wondering, the gun appears to be a North American Arms mini-revolver, available in .22 Short, .22LR, or .22 Magnum. Fairly weak calibers but obviously they got the job done here. I personally own one in .22lr and they're very neat guns because they're just so small, they are very reasonably priced too.

Other people in the past have made basically the same exact gun, but NAA is the most common one and the one you can go out and buy brand new right now. It's hard to tell which specific model it is in the video, it's definitely not the .22 short version, it's either .22lr or .22 magnum. These are very tiny guns, extremely concealable. It was so dark I wonder if the bum even saw it in his hand tbh.

There are lots of gunshot wounds where people don't just drop immediately, the guy running off doesn't really tell you anything about whether he was hit with a fatal wound or not. In the Allison Parker and Adam Ward murder video that went viral a decade ago, the shooter pretty much blasts her almost point blank multiple times and she just takes off running down the hallway.

It really depends on the type of gun and where they get hit.
