Only The God Emperor is powerful enough to deliver toys to all the children of Holy Terra! So of course he was just one of The God Emperor's many aliases during the timeframe of ancient Terra, before the Dark Age of Technology. Truly the Emperor protects! As will as giving gifts to all the good little boys and girls. This message was brought to you by the Most Holy Terran Ecclesiarchy

Appealing to ignorance is for faggots and invalids. Especially when you can Google shit like this in less than 3 seconds to find the immediate answer.
What an astonishing waste of time.
Anything can happen when you believe in the spirit of ignorance!
Googling the answers to life's lesser questions is how you pacify the potentially endless number of cool answers with certain mundanity.

There is a non-zero chance that Jeff Bezos is visited by the mental manifestation of guilt and becomes Santa himself, as set forth by the scripture Scrooge (1970). Why would I want to spoil the eventual gift Mr.Bezzos sends me by checking my emails?

I had a hard time believing he wasn’t. I believed longer than other kids. But so keep in mind every year there was a propaganda film in theaters about how sant is actually real and your parents are actually wrong

If Santa were some kind of incorporeal "being of pure energy" who could manifest in a physical "avatar" anywhere in spacetime, that could solve all those logistical issues.

(stopped believing in Santa sometime in elementary school)

I believe this todays bad cat is appropriate for this thread lol merry Christmas you magnificent bastards!!!!!

One year, long ago, as Santa rode out of sight,
I heard a banging song from his sleigh, that tolled through the night.

That song was Tubular Bells, by Mike Oldfield, I thought with recognition;
It wasn't meant for Christmas, but now it's tradition.

"Turn off "Santa Baby", I ordered my wife,
"We've a new carol now, Mike Oldfield 4 lyfe."

Santa and Psychedelic Mushrooms Connection

Based on the provided search results, here’s a summary of the connection between Santa Claus and psychedelic mushrooms:
  1. Shamanic origins: Some researchers and ethnomycologists suggest that the legend of Santa Claus may have originated from the practices of shamans in Siberia and the Arctic regions, who used hallucinogenic mushrooms, particularly Amanita muscaria, in their rituals.
  2. Gift-giving: According to this theory, shamans would collect and dry Amanita muscaria mushrooms, then give them as gifts to the community during the winter solstice. This practice may have inspired the idea of Santa Claus delivering gifts on Christmas Eve.
  3. Red and white attire: Shamans in these regions wore red and white clothing to honor the mushrooms, which is similar to Santa’s iconic red and white suit.
  4. Entrance through the roof: In traditional Siberian and Arctic dwellings, the main door was often blocked by snow, and people entered and exited through a hole in the roof. This may have led to the development of the chimney story, where Santa is said to enter homes through the chimney.
  5. Reindeer connection: In some Siberian cultures, shamans believed that reindeer ingested Amanita muscaria mushrooms, which led to their hallucinations and altered states. This may have inspired the idea of Santa’s reindeer-powered sleigh.
  6. Symbolic connections: Historians and ethnomycologists point out various symbolic connections between Amanita muscaria mushrooms and Christmas iconography, such as the red and white colors, the idea of “flying” or altered states, and the concept of gift-giving.
It’s essential to note that this connection is speculative and not universally accepted. Some scholars, like Peter Hutton, argue that the idea of Santa Claus as a psychedelic mushroom-eating shaman is a modern invention and lacks historical evidence.
