I think it's hilarious that all these average child actors who became very rich off her work are now biting the hand that fed them. What have Radcliffe and Watson done since that is of note? Nowt. Watson is now a massive SJW so surely she should make reparations to the trans community for making a profit off the work of a transphobe. All her money should be donated to Mermaids so they can buy binders for teenage girls.
And as for Eddie Redmayne, well isn't it fascinating that he's now in the trans' good books again after committing the hate crime of playing a transwoman in The Danish Girl. Holy fuck, reading that essay got me to remember why it is J.K. Rowling has been held with such high regard as a feminist and as someone all girls could look up to. We give her shit for what she's done with and said about her work, sure, and she may indeed deserve such flack, but she completely earned the right to be a billionaire, the rags to riches story. She earned her fame, really and truly, basically by herself as a woman. This was before female authors like Stephenie Meyer made their fame off of rather stupid properties, but you can't say they didn't earn their riches (except Cassandra Clare and E.L. James for publishing their fan fiction under a guise of "something original", fuck them and everyone who does this).
But they have Rowling to thank for that, I would say. She made reading "cool" again, after all.
God, I'm starting to reevaluate my thoughts and feelings about her. I knew she wasn't a stupid person, at the very least, sometimes she just said dumb things because I dunno, drunk-posting, maybe. She hung out with the elitists and shared their opinions, but they only accepted her for her money, and she knew this, which is probably the reason why she said some stupid things only elitists would say. I knew she was very much a feminist of the highest order, but looking back on it, she's not of the third-wave kind even though her books unintentionally made the third-wave kind through Hermione (from those who misread her).
Twenty years changes a person, though. But if you're still steadfast in your core beliefs, you might not ever change, but the world around you changes, and it scares you. You either become one of them, or you stand up for yourself. I think Rowling was trying to become one of them, but she lingered so much on her past that it kept her grounded, and remembered who she was and where she came from and why she did what she had to do. And that's her anchor. She's not going to lose her riches at all, but she's coming to terms with losing people she thought was on her side, including those whose own fucking careers are deeply indebted to her.
Wouldn't it be fucking glorious if Tom Felton came out in support for Rowling? They'd have to drop the "Draco in Leather Pants" trope after that. Oh God, please let this happen.

Last I'd heard he'd bought an ice cream truck and was helping out the kiddos in his neighborhood just like he'd promised to in an interview from around the time of the first movie. He seems to keep to himself and is content to just go about his life, so he's good in my book. I'm happy life is working out so well for him.
EDIT: Found a picture of him in said ice cream truck. What a lad.

Dunno if Rupert Grint is #based or not but like others have pointed out he's busy with real life. He's had a baby with and stayed loyal to the same woman for 9 years, he has a small lucrative side business in real estate with his father, he's taken care of his parents by buying them a fancy house and then bought a house nearby presumably so he could stay close to them and he's been keeping up with his acting career by going into tv and low budget movies instead of being a tard on social media. He hasn't said jackshit about all the goings on. Whatever he's doing he keeps it quiet.
He was in a movie called Wild Target with Billy Nighy and Emma Blunt, it's very funny too.

That he's become a normal business man and has started a family at least significantly increases the chance that Grint is less insufferable than his costars. Those are things that bring someone more down to earth. Hopefully if he sees the unfolding shit show he'll just stay out of it. That would be the most sensible thing for him to do, as awesome as it would be for us if he went absolute mad lad like Rowling. I doubt he gives enough of a shit about it to damage his career and friends circle by doing that anyway. It'll just be nice if he doesn't bend the knee.
I won't begrudge Lynch because while I think she's wrong, at least she made a point of not being a colossal dick about it, unlike her costars, and made it clear that she at least actually read some of what Rowling wrote. Her answer is also safer for her career, since she doesn't have nearly the level of fuck you money and influence that Rowling, or even her bigger co-stars like Blunt and Radcliffe do.

He doesn't need the big budget projects as he's made enough money for three lives from Harry Potter, but he's still around and working. It's Emma the one who is a mess right now, even though she might be in absolute denial and pretending she has a career. She doesn't, all she does is complaiing about feminism and how nobody will date her like a good femcel. If Emma doesn't have feminism, she has nothing as it's obvious she doesn't want to be remembered as Hermione forever.

I just don't understand why they are so hellbent and focus on changing (or bending) J.K's mind. Sure she has influence, and money and an audience, but she can't freaking change the world no matter how much this fans would like to believe she could. She simply wrote a book that happened to be popular and can be viewed in the lens of many different viewpoints.
But she's not a politician or a lawmaker; the people who can actually change things for trans-people. But of course, not many want to listen to them so of course these fans turn their attention on someone who should listen to them.
Plus all the Harry Potter actors and actress going against J.K. is pretty laughable. They made a name for themselves through the J.K's writing and to try and renounce your association to it, is biting the hand that made you who you are today.

Emma's career as a film actress certainly isn't going anywhere. 2017 she did the irl remake for Beauty and the Beast and The Circle, her next and last film was Little Women last year. Barely anything. In spite of everything, she really can't shake the Hermonie Granger connection, no matter what she does. The other actors have managed it with varying success.
Dan has done 5 films, TV series and plays in that same span of time. He's managed to move on a bit, probably helped by the beard he's grown on his face, or growing his hair out. Takes a while to realize that it's the same guy who plays potter. Felton as well has a career that's doing fairly fine. I remember him appearing in The Flash and not putting the Harry Potter connection until about 3 episodes in and looking him up. Grint is being a businessman, property investor and new dad, he does the odd TV appearance, but has been absent for the last 5 years.
No wonder she's the most outspoken about this, her career is dwindling.

Emma lucked out with Beauty, The Circle was a colossal bomb, and she was a last minute replacement for Emma Stone in the Little Menstruators adaptation, for which she did zero publicity, got most of her scenes cut, and the rest of the cast ignored her. The only reason she’s humored is because executives think she still has Potter appeal and because of her past connections to Weinstein. She’s clearly a kookaid drinking cult member and no one wants her spilling info and resurrecting a story Hollywood has tried very hard to bury and move on from.

That film Watson did about Pinochet's re-education camps was pretty good. There was also that awful Noah's Ark film with the Rock monsters where we find out that Ray Winstone was responsible for the extinction of the dinosaurs.
